Bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Garden with children's games (swing and slide) and large natural grounds (3000m²). Parking in front of the house (2 spaces). Traditional 18th century country farm renovated 8 km from Albertville and 25 km from the Crest Voland ski slopes. Charming typical village located on a south-facing plateau overlooking the valley in the heart of the Albertville countryside. Pleasant preserved natural setting of meadows and forests. Very calm. Beautiful unobstructed view of the massif and the village church.
