Very spacious flat, refurbished in 2023, perfect for a family, two couples or 4 friends, with 2 bathrooms.
Balcony with view to the garden where you can have your meals or just relax.
Very good location just 300m from the beach and 100m from the communal pool.
The centre of Lagos is just a 10 minutes walk away so you can leave your car alone during your holiday.
Cozy, comfortable, dining/living room, cable TV, WiFi. 2 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, kitchenette, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, microondas, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.. Air conditioning. Shared swimming pool in condominium.Parking available inside the condominium. 1 parking space available with a security deposit of €35 (returned at the end of the stay upon return of the command).
Flat rate cleaning fee of €30, payable in cash on arrival.
There are also bins on both sides of the street.

Great week in Lagos
We loved our stay in Lagos. We were about 5-10 min walk from downtown so it was quiet and close to the beach. The apartment was clean, renovated and fully equipes to cook.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Lagos genossen. Die Wohnung war toll, besonders die große Terrasse mit Hängematte. Das Wetter war etwas durchwachsen im Oktober und manchmal feucht. Der Pool war für kleine Kinder allerdings zu kalt.

Excellent apartment! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything we needed. It was great having the balcony. Location was perfect. We visited quite a few places by car so having the garage and parking was really useful. But it was great to come back and have the pool or beach just a short walk away. Was great to be able to walk to local beaches and watch the sunset. Also an easy walk into town for bars and restaurants in the evening. Would highly recommend the apartment to others. Thank you

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans cet appartement de la résidence Iberlagos du 28/07 au 10/08/2024. Appartement très bien placé, à deux pas du centre ville. Fonctionnel et bien équipé. Grande terrasse agréable pour les repas. Accès à la piscine réservée aux résidents (accès par badge) mais transats payants 3€/jr (information non communiquée aux abords). Belle plage accessible en contrebas, très très fréquentée à cette période. L'appartement est également le point de départ d'un sentier côtier. La ville de Lagos est très animée le soir. Ambiance jeune et familiale, très différente d'Albufeira bien plus festive. Enseigne Intermarché à moins d'1.5km pour faire le plein. Prix assez élevés. Seule boulangerie accessible pour nous (nous avons pourtant cherché !). Location recommandée sans hésitation.

We were so happy with this apartment! It is clean and has everything you need. It is right by the beach and the pool is great too! The old city is just a 5 minute walk and there are great beaches only a 5 minute drive away. We would definitely stay here again and loved every minute!! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful 2 bedroom condo with pool
Newly renovated 2 bedroom unit was very clean, spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. The large balcony patio provided a great place to sit outside and relax. Very conveniently located next to Praia Dona Ana and a short walk to the boardwalk that takes you all the way to Ponta da Piedade. Close enough and safe to walk to Old Town or the marina area each day. The host was very responsive to our requests during our stay. Would definitely stay again for a future stay.

Wonderful stay in Lagos
The appartement was very new refurbished and everything was perfect. We enjoyed to sit on the large terrace in the evening. A beach with many steps was in walking distance. A long sandy beach with free parking was only 10 minutes drive. Thank You When coming bach to Lagos, we will stay nowgere else.

Top Wohnung, super Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, sogar zum kochen ist alles vorhanden. Wenn man möchte, da genügend Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar sind. Eben so die Innenstadt von Lagos ist in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist sehr schön und auch der Pool ist toll, wobei man dort für die Liegestühle bezahlen muss, da der Pool von einem Café betrieben wird und man diesen mit nutzen darf.

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé 5 nuits à ce superbe logement. Tout était conforme à l’annonce. Un logement très propre avec beaucoup de rangement. Une cuisine complète avec beaucoup d’accessoires qu’on n’a même pas pu utiliser. Il y avait même un parasol pour emporter à la plage. À deux pas d’une magnifique plage avec boardwalk pour marcher le long de la côte. Le logement a sa propre piscine super propre. Les chaises sont défraîchies mais vraiment pas grave, c’est l’usure :) Rien à dire de négatif de ce logement. À deux pas du centre-ville pour les restos, on y allait à pied donc pas de problème de stationnement. Tout s’est aussi très bien fait pour visiter les différents endroits de Faro à Cap Vincent :) Séjour parfait !

Beautiful Space for Outdoor Living
We spent most of our time and ate most of our meals on the beautiful deck space. The home was a nice little seaside getaway. The beach was nearby and stunning. The apartment complex and beach were very quiet on weekdays and got a bit more activity on the weekend.
