Friendly cottage (semi-detached) in quiet hillside position with panoramic view of the Tiber Valley. Covered terrace and fenced garden plot with barbecue. Ideal for relaxing, walking through the nearby pine forest or strolling in the lively old town of Città di Castello (5km). Crib on request. Unpaved access. Recommended excursions: Perugia, Cortona, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno (45km).
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Up to two pets are allowed.
