Welcome to Happy Trails! This well-appointed and charming home is dog friendly. Located on a tree lined street- within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and live music in historic downtown Cody. Make Happy Trails your home-away-from-home when visiting all Cody, Wyoming has to offer!

You are greeted by a front entry way that looks into the main living room featuring eclectic, western touches. Bedroom 1 has a new king size bed and Bedroom 2 has a new queen size bed. The newly renovated full bathroom features a step in shower. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa sleeper for additional guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring a cozy dining nook perfect for fueling up for a day of adventure. Through the kitchen is the half bathroom with a convenient laundry area. The beautiful backyard features a gas grill and outdoor seating to enjoy a meal.

Get out and explore and then come on back for a great night rest at Happy Trails! Happy Trails is surrounded by other vacation properties available to rent for larger groups. Reach out to Cody Lodging Company office for more details.

Better than expected! The rooms were larger than I thought they’d be. The house was clean. The check-in process was seamless. Very close to everything, we walked to town, walked to the Rec Center and Library. Absolutely lovely home, would definitely stay again.

This was such a great place to stay. It had everything, including extra bath towels! We were on a hunting vacation so having a washer and dryer in the home was wonderful. very cute and spacious for 5 of us. Could have easily fit 8. We ended up asking to stay an extra day at the last minute and the host made that very effortless! Would love to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This is the perfect little home for a getaway. We stayed here with another couple and it was perfect for us. The hosts were super kind and responsive to anything needed during our stay. We definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable home, convenient location

Happy Trails is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. It's on a quiet residential street. The house if thoughtfully furnished and decorated. There are plenty of towels, a well-stocked kitchen and an outdoor space with table and chairs. Our only complaint was the lighting in the living room.

Everything we hoped for

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way to Montana. It was comfortable, had everything we needed and is conveniently located near enough to downtown to walk but not so close that its loud. 10/10 would recommend.

I came here with my family and have 2 kids. Property was great for my 13 and 10 year old and my 10 year old loved staying in the loft. I loved being able to walk to downtown area. If you get a chance I highly recommend the rodeo.

Great property for a family

Although there were only two of us and a dog, it would have been perfect for a small family as well. The kitchen was very well supplied with just about any appliance or utensil you could want. The house was clean and the decor was great, just what you would expect in Wyoming. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. We were able to walk throughout the community and were minutes from a park and about 5 minutes driving to a great dog park. Backyard is gravel but front yard is beautiful grass, but not fenced. The house was charming in a lovely neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. We truly can’t think of a thing we were missing while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet except for two very obnoxious dogs on the other side of the fence. If your dog is reactive, this might not be the right place because the neighbor dogs never stopped barking while they were outside. The entire property is fenced but if your dog is tall or likes to jump, you should know the fence is short, no more than three feet tall.
