There were many things that were not clean and should have been cleaned much better. Overall could use a good DEEP clean! The window sill is very dirty, the faucet on the sink in the bathroom, and the floor were all pretty dirty! Highly recommend bringing your own towels- theirs were very thin and shed all over every time you showered. No napkins, no paper towel and one roll of toilet paper was all we got!
This property was BY FAR the worst place I’ve ever stayed in during my entire life. It smelled like a combination of sewage and garbage. There were spiders everywhere and my daughter woke up with 2 spider bites. The walls were so thin that I could distinguish the words that people were saying when they spoke at normal volume. However, they yelled and screamed and a young child ran on bare floors until 2:00 am. I paid for 3 nights and left after staying 8 hours. DO NOT EVER stay here. There was a pile of dirty bedding on the deck outside the bedroom door. There was garbage strewn near the uneven stairs. Please don’t ever stay here. I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to stay there.
We were told we get the place to ourselves, instead it was a triplex with paper thin walls and super noisy neighbors. Doors very creaky, garbage could be smelled a block away, faucet leaked, no stove, outlets not covered and upside down, not enough towels. Biggest problem was cleanliness: not only were the sheets covered in cat hair, which I am allergic to, but even with the doors and windows closed, bugs still got in because weatherstripping was torn up. Wifi did not always work, and if you open the windows, you see what looks like 5 years of bug life, uncleaned. Only good thing was location.

My personal opinion
The property was updated and clean over all. But the pictures online projected the rooms to appear bigger than they actually were. They said room for 4 people but will only accommodate 2 the couch in the living room was not a let out bed it was small loveseat of some sort. There needs to be lighting added to the lot because the way the building sit you have to walk around to the stairs in the dark and the lot could use a little maintenance.
