Here you will be staying in a pretty holiday home, which is one of the two annexes (see also IUP440) of a villa in the village of Ficulle. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and ideal for pleasant walks. Large lawn on one side of the property and equipped terrace. Both the owner's villa and the two outbuildings have a private, equipped outdoor area. Ideal for a relaxing holiday or as a starting point to visit several beautiful places between Umbria and Lazio, such as Orvieto (25 km), Città della Pieve (30 km), the famous town of Civita di Bagnoregio (45 km), also known as the dying town, Bolsena (45 km) with its beautiful lake surrounded by a large and very interesting Etruscan area.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open : medio May-end Sept..
