The property is in an ideal position to visit the most beautiful towns of Umbria. Enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding countryside all the way to Todi. A shared washer and dryer (both coin operated) are located in a lookout tower. The bed in one of the double rooms can be separated. Interior: (70 m²) mezzanine: living room and access to a furnished terrace and a private garden (60 m²), kitchen-dining room connected to the living room. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
