About this property

Reconnect with old friends at our Leisure House. This is a partial lake view (not lake front) five bedroom, three bathroom house with plenty room for everyone! Four of the bedrooms have luxurious king beds. The fifth bedroom is our kid zone with four comfortable twin beds. This house sleeps 14 max, including the fold out style couch in the downstairs living room- most comfortable for children or teens. All bedrooms and living rooms have Roku televisions. We are located in a peaceful neighborhood right in the middle of Grove and are close to basically everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, and Wolf Creek boat ramp. We have a private neighborhood park right on the lake three doors down. From there you can put your boat in the water, or you can use our complimentary paddle boards and kayaks. We have off street parking for six cars or parking for boats and trailers.

Enjoy telling stories around our fire pit. Flip some burgers on our grill. Play games with the kids. Just have fun!

Multi Family get away

We had a wonderful stay! My father had a bit of a difficult time getting down to the house I didn’t see the large step in the sidewalk but he did and once inside was able to move around very easily! The 3 grand children ages 2,4, & 8 enjoyed fishing and getting in the water. The rooms down stairs was perfect for my daughter, son in law, and the 4&8 year old. It was a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Beautiful home!

I loved staying here! The driveway was a little steep for 65-70 year old people but it made it worth it when we walked in the front door. It was nice having all king size beds except for one room in the basement which was good for kids. Thank you so much! It was beautiful!! We would stay here again.

Was perfect set up for a few days in quiet lakeside neighborhood.for a small get together for part of family. Anything we needed was close by and Herb gave great suggestions for places to go on the lake!

😊Absolutely Wonderful Stay😊

We couldn’t have asked for better property owners!! I sent an emailed asking to have some of the backyard mowed. Within minutes, Herb showed up at the house! They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had when we were there. The house was SOO nice and clean!! We had more than enough towels for our large group which was nice! And the kitchen was well stocked for cooking! You won’t find better owners to rent from!! Herb & Lindsey, thank you for such a wonderful stay!!😊

Fishing Tournament Stay

Great place to stay. Hosts we're very helpful and accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. House was very clean and alot of room. Had three large trucks pulling three full size bass boats. Enough parking in the yard for everyone. In the pull though drive we had to back in. Curbing was to tall and curve was to short of radius to pull through. If our tournament series brings us back to Grove I hope we get to stay here again. 5 stars.

The getaway we needed!

Two families of best friends were able to stay in this wonderful home. There was a large table perfect for rambunctious family games. The teenagers were able to watch movies and play ping-pong downstairs while the adults chose a different movie on the upper floor. We were able to log into our TV accounts to watch our favorite football teams on Saturday. We enjoyed the watching pelicans, skipping rocks, leisurely lakeview strolls, grilling out, and making wonderful meals with the kitchen amenities. The beds and pillows we so comfortable!! We had a couple of questions and the owners responded immediately . It was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway!💙

Grand Lakehouse

My family loved this house! So clean and comfortable plus the owners are so nice to communicate with. We also rented their pontoon boat which we enjoyed on the lake. All 12 of us who stayed here loved this house and the location!

Perfect post-COVID retreat and mini-family reunion!

This was the perfect respite from the long last year of forced separation from my parents and extended family. The hosts have completely renovated and remodeled this lake house with every modern touch, style, feature, and furnishing - they have not taken a single shortcut. You will be immediately impressed with their generosity, responsiveness, graciousness, and attentiveness.

One of the few homes on Grand Lake that can legally sleep 14. Location is everything. We are 3 minutes from most local shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from the Wolf creek boat ramp.
