The appartment

You'll never tire of the magic of the sea view from the large terrace right on the sand. A space in its own right, where you'll enjoy a large lounge with television and a breakfast area opening onto the kitchen. The interior is just as pleasant, with its streamlined, comfortable volumes. The large living area, adorned with bay windows, features a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely dining room and a sitting area. Adjoining are three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite shower room, the second with a double bed, all opening onto the sea and beach, and the third with two single beds. A shower room and separate toilet complete this exceptional flat.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, wenn direkter Strandzugang auch eher schwierig
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, allerdings wirken die Zimmer auf den Fotos etwas grösser, als sie effektiv sind. Nur das Hauptschlafzimmer hat Nachtkästchen neben dem Bett, die anderen haben keine. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist allgemein eher speziell, so ist im Hauptschlafzimmer direkt eine Dusche integriert (im gleichen Raum, keine Abtrennung). Die zweite Dusche ist ein separater Raum (Achtung es ist nur eine Dusche, hier hat es keine Toilette!). Die einzige Toilette ist eher klein und eng. Es fehlt hier an der Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Auch für Seife ist auf dem sehr kleinen Lavabo in der Toilette kein Platz. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung, es gibt alles was es braucht. Die Erstausstattung von der Agentur für den ersten Tag ist okay; es gibt Toilettenpapier, zwei Tabs für die Abwaschmaschine (aber kein Abwaschmittel) und einen Schwamm sowie ein einzelnes Küchentuch. Die Betten müssen bei Ankunft selber bezogen werden. Wäsche dafür liegt parat. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super, allerdings ist der direkte Strandzugang nicht wirklich möglich, da die Gezeiten den Strand direkt vor der Terrasse mehr oder weniger weggespült haben. Die Agentur war sehr nett, haben auch immer rasch auf Fragen geantwortet und auch die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Die Kaution von 1'500 Euro wurde auf meiner Debitkarte bei Ankunft reserviert und bis heute (2 Wochen nach meiner Rückkehr) noch nicht wieder freigegeben. Das dürfte etwas schneller passieren.
