Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare center will also only be a few hundred meters away to drop off your toys.

Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool which will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.



The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary.

This 33 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people. Located in Les Orres 1800, slightly set back from the shopping square; it will be ideal for a quiet stay. From the west-facing balcony, you will enjoy a clear view of the Serre-Ponçon valley; the promise of friendly aperitifs with family or friends at sunset.
This accommodation has an entrance with storage, a living room with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, filter coffee maker, etc.) and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete the ensemble.
You will have a private ski box to store your skiing equipment. You will have easy access to the snow front and the first groomed slopes by crossing the road, as soon as you exit the ski locker.
You will definitely appreciate the heated indoor swimming pool located within your residence, to relax in after sporty days in the mountains (space open in season only, summer and winter).
For a smooth arrival, reserve a parking space in the residence's underground car park, offering direct access to the accommodation by elevator; directly with the agency (additional charge and subject to availability).
