Geweldig zwembad, fijn groot huis
Erg fijn verblijf gehad, vriendelijke en erg behulpzame hosts, die naast de accommodatie wonen. De voortuin met zwembad is naast oprijlaan, maar de hosts geven je alle privacy. Het interieur is wat verouderd (keuken, badkamers) maar erg ruim en goed schoon. Het zwembad is heerlijk en locatie naast speeltuin en vlakbij strand ideaal.

Großartiges Ferienhaus mit Traumlage
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern (4 und 6 Jahre). Das Haus ist blitzsauber und sehr qualitativ eingerichtet. (nicht hochmodern, aber nicht nur funktional, sondern voller Charme - ein bisschen wie Ferien bei Oma, herrlich!), das Wlan im Erdgeschoss war absolut ausreichend (auch für Teams-Sessions im Home Office) und das Haus ist dank der Bauweise angenehm kühl. Der Pool ist super sauber, sehr leise und wirklich groß. Unsere Tochter hat hier das Schwimmen gelernt, schon allein deswegen werden wir den Aufenthalt nie vergessen. Die Lage ist perfekt - super ruhig am Waldrand, 2 Spielplätze in max. 3min Fußweg erreichbar, zum Sand-Strand sind es 10min zu Fuß, 5min mit dem Fahrrad, in die Innenstadt sind es 10min mit dem Fahrrad. Einfach perfekt! Und Franko und seine Familie sind super nett, hilfsbereit und quasi unsichtbar, obwohl sie mit im Haus (im seitlichen und hinteren Teil) wohnen - das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. ABSOLUTE EMPFEHLUNG! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub
Wir waren 5 Erwachsene. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und ein wenig rustikal eingerichtet. Aber es war sauber und die Ausstattung in Ordnung (Geschirr, Küchengeräte usw.) gewesen. Das kleine Bad könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub verbracht. Wer entspannen will ist hier richtig. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen.

Entspannung pur
Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber groß genug und blitzsauber. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, also ganz ruhig. In max. 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand, in 10 Minuten einen Supermarkt und einen Zeitungskiosk. In die Altstadt geht man zirka 20 Minuten. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend augestattet (nur scharfe Messer fehlen). Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber für einen Sommerurlaub zum Schlafen ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage für die Schlafräume im 1. Stock befindet sich nur am Gang. Das Bad im 1. Stock ist sehr groß, das Bad im EG ist winzig. Die Vermieterin ist ausnehmend freundlich und spricht Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch.

Flott hus, nærmere stranden enn vi trodde.
Vi reiste uten bil, men det var enkelt og billig og leie sykler. Og Rovinj er veldig sykkelvennlig.
