Believe the pictures. Beautiful, well appointed home on nice quiet road. We had 11 people staying here and we all rated the home and vacation a 10 out of 10.
Excellent property. We loved everything about staying here and visiting the area. Owner was very responsive and informative. The area has so many beautiful places to go for day excursions. The home is beautiful and has everything you need, and more, to simply stay and relax. Will visit again!!!
The cabin was the perfect home base for our weekend at Eagle Point. Close to town while still secluded. Beautiful property. Will absolutely stay again.
Incredible stay! My sons both had birthdays over the weekend. They are 5 years apart. We made memories that will last forever! You will never regret spending time or money on a great experience and this was one of the best! Thank You Aaron for everything. The place was perfect!
I would 100% recommend this property. It was clean, spacious, and very well kept. The scenery was gorgeous. We spent most of our time inside and a little in the hot tub, but want to come back again to enjoy the outside amenities when it’s warmer weather. Would highly recommend!
Everything was truly amazing! Very spacious, well equipped, comfortable beds, great location! Communication was top notch and owners were super thoughtful to have cabin heated and hot tub ready for our arrival. Made our night and especially after our drive from Las Vegas. We were traveling with two other families and this space couldn’t have been any better!
The six of us and our family had a great stay here. it’s crazy how close this is to town but feels so far away. Usually when we visit a cabin, stopping at a diner for an ice cream, and some fries is never an option, but it is here.
But you don’t feel like it is very close being on the river and didn’t see another person the whole time we were there.
Everything was very clean and high-quality. Our only question was around getting a pin number because the VRBO app wasn’t loading and they text back within two minutes.
Great hosts, great area, great home
My husband and I stayed here with our family while we did the Tushar Mountain Run and it was absolutely perfect for us. The house is spacious and clean and a beautiful yard with swings and a trampoline for the kids (ages 11-1). We rented side by sides from Tucker Adventure and explored the beautiful trails around Beaver. You could spend days exploring all the spectacular sites. We visited the creamery and crazy cow cafe for some delicious meals! Aaron and Julie were excellent to communicate with! We loved every moment of our stay! Thank you!
The home was perfect for 4 adults, kids ages 16, 15, 7, 6 and an infant. The layout of the home kept everyone in the same areas and together for the trip, we enjoyed the pool table and hot tub, and appreciated the stocked kitchen. There were so many additions that you don’t typically see in other rentals. The home was clean and the backyard was a hit with the kids. We will definitely choose this home next time we go to Eagle Point again!
The house and property were very well maintained and stocked with all the things you always forget to pack when going on vacation. The beautiful pictures are not an exaggeration. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed and very private. Close to the local grocery store and places to eat but we didn't need to eat out because the kitchen has everything you need and a large grill outside. We had 4 adults with 4 kids ( 15, 15, 10, 9) and we all had plenty of space and a game room and play space outside to keep the kids entertained. The owners were so responsive and helped out by recommending things to do. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly through the entire booking and vacation experience. This review sounds over the top great but really the place was that good. Would recommend a hundred times over. We could not have asked for more.
We rented two properties, one to hold a big retreat (elsewhere) and this home for the staff and therapists to stay at. We couldn't have chosen a better location. The home was quiet, tucked away, comfortable, and you could just feel the love the owners put into the property. The yard and the stream were wonderful. There were deer around the house multiple times a day and the horses across the street were fun to watch while sipping tea on the porch. Had we brought our kids, they would have loved it too. All in all, I would highly recommend it and have already starting looking at dates on when we can go again!
We have been using Vrbo for over 20 years now and rarely do we come across a home like this one. Exquisitely and solidly built, meticulously cared for and incredibly clean and well stocked. No exaggeration, the owners have thought of everything. We happened to hit a particularly warm window of days and this home had ceiling fans everywhere and not only do they help keep the a/c air circulating they were completely silent! Every single one, in every room. The owner allowed us to set the thermostat to a comfortable sleeping temp and we were very appreciative. When I say well stocked you need only your personal groceries and clothing. This home is 110% all about family. So many features make it very comfortable to just stay put if you want to. Gorgeous scenery and so amazingly quiet. The home is insulated so that you cannot hear anything outside. We slept deep. There are games and supplies for activities. The kitchen is off the rails amazing. And the river at the rear of the property! If you need to relax and take a deep breath from your work life just sit there on the banks and listen to the water. It is a privilege. Do NOT hesitate to book this home. And now I'm sunk because it may not be available next time I want it, lol. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Richardson. You folks are re-defining hospitality.
One of our best VRBO experiences ever. The property had everything. Comfort, amenities and beautiful views. With deer and wild turkeys in the big backyard. From relaxing next to the river or relaxing on the rocking chairs on the porch. Lots of stuff to do from hiking and visiting small towns, to some fun off roading. We loved every second here.
Aaron & Julie’s cabin was amazing and they were great hosts! It was perfect for our large group of couples and a few kids. There was something for everyone no matter the age. The property is beautiful. The kids loved the swings and trampoline, and the adults all enjoyed relaxing on the patio and down by the creek. The kitchen & bathrooms were all completely stocked with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Beaver :-)
We were really impressed with the Beaver Retreat. The cabin was very roomy and so was the property. It was one of the most well supplied homes we have rented. Particularly the kitchen. We were also able to rent the additional casita over the garage which was a very nice comfortable space. I have already recommended this rental to family members.
The chalet and the surrounding area was beautiful. The playground, basketball, and trampoline kept the children very occupied. Relaxing in the hot tub in the evening was a great way to end the day. We loved being so close to the mountains where we were able to fish and caught our limit every day. Totally loved it!
We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The pictures didn't do this property justice! There was lots of space and plenty to do inside and out! We loved watching all the deer in the field and river behind the house. The property owners were amazing with their communication. We will definitely be returning to this property.
