**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**

Beautifully kept studio located steps away from the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Minutes to Historic Main Street, shopping and entertainment. With a King bed and twin bunk beds this studio offers a great space for couples or small families alike. With stunning views of the slopes and easy access to in town amenities this really is a prime location for any mountain get away. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the pool or take a dip in the hot tub after a long day skiing. TV offering cable and smart TV functionality. Amenities include: free shuttle stop that takes you anywhere in town, year round heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, underground parking lot, and ski lockers. Sleeps up to 4 people. One King bed and two twin murphy bunk beds.

**LOCATION**

Just steps from the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting good stores, movie theaters, car rentals and more! Perfect location for the Sundance Film Festival. Its only a 5 minute walk to Historic Main Street. 1.1 miles to the Egyptian Theater and other Sundance Film venues.

**GETTING AROUND**

The free bus stops directly outside the condo. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost. When you rent at this condo, you won't need a car. All shops, restaurants and retail stores are within walking distance. If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively throw the skis on your shoulder and its just a short one minute walk to the ski resort.

Will be back!

Love this place! The jetted bath tub was a life saver after snowboarding everyday and loved the space. Great customer service through the management company as well— the texting option made everything so easy. Thank you!

We had the best experience in this studio room. Communication with Park City Host was excellent and we texted about a few needs during our stay. When the coffee pot malfunctioned, they immediately came with a new one. Great place to stay, so close to the ski lifts, and so cozy for my family. We would certainly stay in this particular unit again in the future!
