CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Beautiful view!

Lovely condo. Nicely furnished and stocked kitchen with all the tools and appliances you might need. Had a VERY minor glitch when we arrived. The code for the door didn't work. Contacted them and less than 10 minutes, it was corrected! We are planning to return next year! Thank you.

Seawind was a very rocky stay

The room was great but the elevator was a total disaster. It dropped on my husband and I for sure 3 floors if not 4 and brought me off my feet and my husband had a cup of very hot coffee in his hand which was sucked out of his hand and went down my back and on his head. I have been home for over a week and still in pain. We were without water for 11 hours and that was because seawind had a pump go down but was blaming the city which I had already called. They never once checked on my husband and I to see if we were ok from the elevator incident . The beach is enjoyable but it really was a disaster of a trip and that is on Seawind!!

Great location. Super clean.

My family needed a quick recharge at the beach and this condo was perfect! The large balcony, on the end of the building, had comfortable seating for all to enjoy the view and breeze. Everything was clean and updated with plenty of towels (ones that actually dried people well). Kitchen well stocked. Child splash pool was well maintained with plenty of shaded loungers. Lots of hoses for washing off sand coming off the beach. Luggage carts plentiful. Elevators busy at times and doors close fast - be sure to have someone ready to jump in & hold doors open for slower small children/older people. All in all fabulous place to stay!

Absolute amazing veiw

I will be renting this again! The view WAS BREATHTAKING. The bedrooms very spacious and clean. I am absolutely in love with this place and cant wait to be back. The beds are bigger than the pictures can show. ALL my time was spent on that balcony.

This property will not disappoint! Exactly as listed. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the unit was spacious. The hot tub was being renovated as well as the pool, but we were informed before booking. We enjoyed just sitting on the beach!

Gulf Shores in October

Very good condo, it was my wife and I, but plenty of room in this 3 bedroom. Great location depending upon your preferences for beach access, restaurants, general crowds, I suspect the spring/summer time periods are much crazier. Only small note would be to add screens to the main living room and master slider accesses to the balcony

Location is great. The unit is nice and loved the balcony. The issues we had are with the complex. They only have 2 elevators for a 20 story complex so at peak times there was a long wait and the cleaning crew felt the need the push to the front of the line. Another issue the pool for older kids and adults is small and not nice. The kid’s area is very nice but the other one is so small. If you want to spend a lot of time at the pool pick another place.

Nice Spot

We had a great time at this property. The balcony was great, plenty of space, the pool was nice, and our kids loved the Roku tv in the living room. Disney+ for the win on the rainy afternoons! Only ran into 1 snag… our room was missing the air mattress, but we contacted the 24 hour line and they sent one up the next morning. Thankfully we had the pull out couch for backup that first night. Loved that the room was supplied with beach chairs and sand toys. The condo was also walkable to some great places. It was a bit strange that there was an elevator attendant…they just seemed to take up space in already cramped, very busy elevators. We would definitely visit again!
