Recently constructed cottage located on the edge of town and just a short distance to Cisco area beaches. Offering 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath plus lovely patio, ideal for private outdoor enjoyment! Abutting Mill Hill park in the rear, provides direct access to walking trails. This dwelling is serviced by wall-mounted, mini-split air-conditioning units.

Christmas Stroll Stay

Wonderful stay! Little Dipper is such a cute house. Close to downtown and Stop and Shop. It was perfect for our group. Host communicates very well!

Family Girls Weekend

We had a very nice stay (mother, adult daughter, 2 1/2 year old granddaughter). Open kitchen and living area very comfortable. Great weather allowed us to sit at patio table & enjoy the beautiful landscaping. Always nice to have use of washer and dryer.

wonderful fall vist

In town for a weekend wedding and the house couldn't have been more perfect. Location was ideal, close to the beaches and also a short walk to town. beautifully manicured yard and the house is perfect for a couple, family or friends. Communication was also excellent. A great place overall, highly recommend.

Beautiful and private little property

This truly was a perfect property for my husband and I to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was beautifully and creatively decorated and extremely quiet/private. We didn't bring a car over and Ubers were always within 3 minutes of the property. A local bike rental place also delivered and picked up bikes right to the house, so we didn't miss our car at all. We just loved it!

Immaculate and lovely stop to stay in Nantucket.

The Little Dipper was exactly as advertised.....beautiful grounds and cottage (just as shown in the photos) in an excellent location. We had a relaxing and very comfortable visit. The cottage was well stocked and very clean. Traveling around the island and to/from the ferry was very easy using Lyft or Uber. Communication with the host was excellent. Gail's Tours (red van) is recommended.

Convenient and great location!

The hosts were so lovely and the check-in process was great. Very clean, easy trip to town and beach. Space exactly as pictured except for bathroom / shower - cold water broken for downstairs faucet and no shades for downstairs bedroom.

Lovely Stay at Little Dipper

We loved our stay at Little Dipper! Very cute, clean and comfortable for our family of four. We loved the location, close enough to town to walk or take a quick uber but far enough to enjoy the stars and quiet. We hope to come back again soon!

Perfect Nantucket Cottage

The Little Dipper was a perfect Nantucket cottage for our family of four. The property and home are better than shown in the photos. Great location mid island with a short (less than one mile) walk or bike to town. Check in was seamless. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful, charming, and bright cottage - with all ammenities needed. Very comfortable beds with crisp white linens and lovely modern furniture, pillows, art, etc. Air conditioning and washer dryer are huge bonuses!

Perfect Cottage!

We loved our stay here so much! Beautifully decorated and spotless! Location is good, about a 15 minute walk to town. We got a car so we could explore the island, and there is plenty of parking! Great communication with owner and just an overall wonderful experience!

Time with granddaughter

Our host met us at the property and she came right over when we had an a/c question. She was wonderful and even recommended restaurants. The quaint property was perfect and beds were so comfortable with the best linens. Easy to locate by Uber and perfect location for us. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous New England Barn-Style Cottage

This was an absolutely beautiful accommodation. We truly fell in love with the place. The contruction and maintenance of the cottage, and the manicured property itself, is exquisite. The cottage is modernly furnished with up-to-date appliances, furniture, bedding and kitchen supplies. The actual location of the property is very convenient and is walking distance to downtown Nantucket, plus it offers easy access to all other areas of the island. Highlight of our stay was seeing several Whitetail Deer in the adjoining farm meadow. Communication with the property owner/host couldn't have been better. They were always quick to respond and gave explicit details/instructions, and when we decided to extend our stay on very short notice, they were quick to help us. We will definitely return to this particular property next year, without question.

Perfect Long Weekend
