In beautiful Pacific Beach, by amazing restaurants, sandy beaches and great shops, this oasis will be your perfect home to unwind and relax after exploring beautiful San Diego.

Come home and rinse the sand in the outdoor shower followed by a water jet massage in the hot tub and a glass of wine right before a perfectly cooked ribeye on the grill and a night of looking at the stars in the beautiful patio.

The place including the outdoor areas and of course the tub, get professionally cleaned and sanitized, the water in the tub is changed every time a guest checks out and then the tub gets sanitized. All bedding, clothing, towels, etc go to an industrial laundry sanitation facility and every single time, fresh, sanitized items are placed right after cleaning and disinfecting the entire house. Our cleaning standards are higher than the guidelines provided by any vacation rental site and the local and federal authorities, we use steamers and sanitation smoke blasters. Our cleaning companies were instructed to use the products listed in the health department site only. Our cleaning staff gets their temperature checked daily. We also have a self-check in and out process so there is not contact with anyone.

Perfect getaway

This is a clean, well-curated space to take a relaxing long weekend away. Loved the hot tub for the humans and the enclosed patio space for the pup! Loved having our own washer/dryer and the outdoor shower. Easy access to all of San Diego and La Jolla - about 15 minutes to get most places. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect hideaway

This place was super cute to stay in. Just enough space to relax and come back to after a day of driving around San Diego. Super close to food and coffee spots and a short drive away from other attractions around San Diego.

Fantastic Property!!

Amazing patio. The best part was the outdoor shower and the hot tub, really just amazing. The kitchen has literally everything. Great appliances. Super comfortable bed and linens. Those pillows just wow. Close to the beach with great restaurants and convenience stores walking distance. Absolutely recommend!!

Amazing San Diego VRBO with Great Outdoor Space

This gem in San Diego offers a comfortable stay with great outdoor space for dogs, a jacuzzi, and fully stocked amenities, including beach gear. The bed is cozy, and the location is quiet yet convenient for all our outings. Ricardo's seamless booking process and excellent communication made our experience even better. We extended our trip from 7 to 10 days because we couldn't get enough! An unforgettable stay - we'll be back for sure!

100% would stay here again

My wife and I came for vacation, and it was a treat. Hot tub was on when we got there and always ready, excellent fridge space and well-equipped kitchen, super fun setup in the master with the bed facing the TV as well as a couch (plus complementary bath robes, beach gear, and a washer and dryer in the closets), and Pacific Beach was the PERFECT neighborhood for a fun and relaxing stay. I'm sure all of Ricardo's properties are at this level, but this one would be hard to beat. And a guaranteed parking spot in the back was a HUGE bonus. Definitely would stay here again if we're back in SD!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay

I stayed at the property for 2 months and really appreciated the fact that my 2 small dogs were allowed to stay there with me. It has its own patio with a jacuzzi and grill and lots of privacy. The owner definitely put lots of though into what amenities to have available (ie: washer/dryer, nice dishes and all cooking utensils). I would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying anywhere from a couple days to a month or two.

Great Place

I don't normally leave a review but this stay was really nice. The unit was exactly as listed. These units are small but really nice. My wife and I really enjoyed our 10 day stay. Ricardo was extremely helpful. We heard a loud TV coming from one of the other units so I sent a message. 5 minutes later the noise was gone. Great stay. Loved it!

We have stayed here 3 times in 2022 alone. This VRBO is defined by its comfort, location and privacy. The bedding is top notch. We sleep like babies here. The bathroom is modern and renovated, and the extras like the kitchen, washer and dryer and beach items push it over the edge. Its in the Heart of PB, a couple of minutes from the highway and just incredibly located. You'll love staying here!

A perfect oasis

This was such a gorgeous and perfect place to spend almost a month — great location, spacious living area, beautiful patio and hot tub area, outdoor shower, everything. Rick was helpful, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. Truly the perfect place for a weekend escape — or something even longer. I never wanted to leave!

Great Location

It’s a great location for two people. Everything you need and the hot tub is a nice amenity. The walls are thin if there are neighbors next door, but wasn’t a big deal for us since we weren’t there much. Overall, great experience.

Great spot in Pacific Beach

Great spot and was just as described. Had a small issue, but it was handled very quickly by Rick. I was comforted to know there was an easy parking spot and we had no trouble or issues while we were there. It was nice to have our own private space and hot tub!

The best choice for your stay

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of staying at a Zen property in Pacific Beach. I will always stay at one of their properties when visiting San Diego. The location is ideal - with parking!!! This unit is so cute and perfect for one or two people. There is a hot tub, a kitchen with everything you need. The complimentary water when you check in is a nice touch. The bed is super comfortable as a major bonus. Close to some of the best places to eat and a grocery stores. Rick the host is super nice and knowledgeable about anything you need during your visit. See you soon - I'll be back!!!

Pacific Beach Hidden Gem

We had a great stay in PB thanks to this thoughtfully designed property, complete with hot tub. When we drove up (off Garnet Avenue) and saw how busy the road was, we thought noise might be a problem, but not so! Such a hidden jewel — private, secure and exceptionally quiet, yet right in the hub of PB. We would definitely stay here again — in fact, would be fun to rent the entire property with friends. Added plus: Rick was exceptionally responsive and provided the most thorough emails and even restaurant recommendations — a first in our VRBO experience!
