About this property

PRIVATE HOT TUB, Wood-Burning Fireplace, Kitchen, Walk to Slopes

This condo’s features read like a dream vacation wishlist. A 100-yard walk to the ski resort and a private hot tub in your own living room are the headline attractions, but the hits just keep coming.

When you aren’t skiing, you’ll probably spend most of your time in your unique private hot tub. Those features alone are more than enough to make you want to book today. While you are here, though, make sure to take advantage of the wood-burning fireplace. Roast a s’more, curl up with a book, or snuggle with some cocoa. That’s the perfect way to finish an evening that starts with a home-cooked meal prepared in your own full kitchen.

After you retire, the fun doesn’t have to end. The primary suite bathroom has a jetted tub—just in case you miss the private hot tub and want some more time to soak. The plush bedding in the two bedrooms include a king and a queen, while the living room has a sofa bed you can use if you can’t pull yourself away from the hearth.

Elsewhere on the property, you can enjoy the full range of Silver King’s amenities. If the hot tub and jetted bath weren’t enough for you, make sure to stop by the heated indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub on the second floor for a swim and a soak. You can work up a sweat in the fitness center, store your skis near the lobby, and stow your car in an underground garage.

We’ve already mentioned it, but it bears repeating that Park City Mountain is only 100 yards away. Other ski areas can be reached in minutes via the free Park City public transit system. A bus stops by frequently to whisk you away to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, or to shop and dine on Main Street or in Kimball Junction.

*NOTE: The Silver King pool is under construction and will be closed until November 1, 2023.

Can't wait to come back!

My first luxury stay and it definitely sets a high bar for anyone else to clear. I really enjoyed how contact-less the check-in process is and the quality of the rooms. Cannot wait to plan my next vacation here.

Disappointed

We payed a lot of money specifically to enjoy a weekend away in a unit that had a hot tub and jetted tub. Both absolutely did not live up to our expectations and were majorly disappointing - actually ruining our stay. The hot tub water temp was lukewarm as was the water for the jetted tub. WE were not able to enjoy either one.

Okay

Pros: Great location. Easy access to Park City mountain resort and downtown Park City. Spa in the room was fantastic. Comfortable primary bedroom. Great living space. Cons: The jets in the jetted bath in the primary bathroom were broken. Multiple blinds were broken and/or missing throughout the rooms. The nice leather recliner was electric and not functioning. The wiring in the room required lights switches to operate lamps as opposed to just being able to turn lamps on and off without having to apply a primary power switch. Several lamps would not stay plugged in. The stove is an electric range which makes it difficult for proper cooking. The knobs on the stove were worn which made it difficult to know how high or low the heat was. Bottom line: Lots of updates need to be made to these rooms in order to feel that it's worth the price. Although nice accommodations, you would expect for what they charge to be nicer and updated and they aren't. You are paying for convenience which is not worth it, especially if you're already traveling from a long distance to ski and paying a lot of money to travel. If that's the case, you want to escape to a nice room, updated, and free of broken items.

Great location

Great location - very close to Park City Mt. Unit was good, kitchen could use / improve some basic essentials (dull knives, no cutting board, etc.). Would rent again

Nice place for a little runaway

Furniture was a little worn and rooms were much darker than the pictures, however it was clean and the private hot tub was nice.
