Come explore Amelia Island in this beautiful, historic Fernandina Beach house located 2 blocks to town, 1.5 miles to the beach, and 3 blocks to the river and harbor.
Open floor plan main floor includes powder room, living room, family room, dining room and fully renovated chef's kitchen with top grade appliances. 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs are set up for family living as well as working from home. Large master bathroom includes a claw foot tub and large walk-in closet.
Take in gorgeous sunsets from the beautiful wrap around porch or use the provided bikes to go to the beach or explore nearby Fort Clinch state park. Walk to the weekly farmers market or any of the cute restaurants in town. Outdoor shower and grill and fully fenced in yard makes for great indoor-outdoor living.
