This wooden house with thatched roof offers the ideal base for a relaxing holiday near the North Sea. After a day at the beach, you can relax wonderfully here. The house is decorated in warm colours and has excellent amenities so that you can prepare delicious meals together in the kitchen and enjoy them at the large dining table. In the living room, a cosy seating area invites you to watch a film, while the gentle crackling of the fireplace provides additional cosiness.

The house is situated on a beautiful natural plot with two terraces and a large lawn. So you can enjoy the sun on a lounger at any time of day while the children run around on the lawn or play on the swings.

Nearby is the North Sea with a wide sandy beach behind the dunes. The marvellous nature invites you to go cycling and hiking in the fresh, salty air. A tour around Ringkøbing Fjord is just one of many recommended excursions by bike. A little further north is the idyllic fishing town of Hvide Sande, where you will find cosy restaurants and great opportunities for kitesurfing and windsurfing.

Rustikal aber gute Lage

Die Lage ist genau wie die Privatsphäre top aber trotzdem ist das Objekt in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend ein Upgrade! Die Gummiummantelung der Kinderschaukel klebt und ist im Begriff sich aufzulösen, einige Bretter auf der Terrasse sind morsch, die Sitzkissen für die Gartenmöbel sind muffig und zT nicht zu gebrauchen, einige Verschlüsse an den Fenstern defekt und das Wasser wird beim Duschen erst nach 3 Minuten warm. Der Terrasse fehlt ausserdem eine Tür, um den Zugang zum Spielplatz zu erleichtern. Trotzdem hat das Haus viel Charm und ist auf seine Weise gemütlich. Wer sich also nicht an den kleinen Mängeln stört und es rustikal mag, wird hier einen tollen Urlaub verbringen. Ps: Auf der Terrasse hört man das Meer rauschen...
