However, please be advised that while we strive to ensure the hot tub is available and in perfect working condition for all our guests, its availability is subject to necessary maintenance and unforeseen repairs.
Like many premium accommodations, we occasionally face downtimes with our amenities that are beyond our immediate control. In the event that the hot tub is not operational during your stay, please rest assured that our dedicated staff will be notified immediately and will address the issue with the utmost urgency, within 24 hours or at the earliest possible moment. Our commitment is to resolve such issues promptly, adhering to our high standards of guest satisfaction and property maintenance.
We appreciate your understanding that these instances, though rare, are part of our effort to maintain and provide high-quality amenities. Should the hot tub be unavailable, we encourage guests to explore the many other features and comforts that Modern Marvel has to offer.

House Rules
Please enjoy our home and neighborhood, and treat them with the same respect you would your own.
- No smoking or smokers allowed anywhere on premises, either outside or inside. Any sign of smoking will result in a fee for abatement and cleanup, and other more serious sanctions.
- NO PARTIES, no music outside, all guests must be registered whether visiting or sleeping. Keep noise outside to minimum. Quiet hours outside after 10:30PM.
- No pets. Service dog fraud is prohibited under California Penal Code 365.7 PC. Violation will result in cancellation or $500 fee or both. This home is not a public accommodation as a hotel. Please respect the health of others with serious allergies, who legally require a pet-free home.
- Photo ID of booker, and guest list required, sent to the host on channel within 24 hours of booking.
- No filming or photo shoots, except by special arrangement.
- In consideration of other guests, we ask not to cook fish inside. A BBQ is provided outside, and we suggest a delicious foil wrap with butter/oil.
- Please do not send packages to this residence. Any mail delivered to this property cannot be guaranteed.
- Please empty food into garbage, not the garbage disposal. Rinse dishes before placing in the dishwasher.
- Only toilet paper in the toilet. A $300 fee will be assessed for clogs due to anything else.
- Loss of remote or keys will result in a $50 charge.
- On departure: Leave property in same condition that you received it. Dishes done, food and drinks removed from fridge. Trash removed and taken outside, placed in trash bins (use smaller gate in backyard to access). Please inform us if you have broken anything. If additional cleaning is required, please let us know.
You agree not to raise issues in a review which were not given a reasonable chance to be remediated. Issues must be documented via text in the conversation thread. Acceptance of House Rules invalidates any review which does not follow this guideline.
