This comfortable vacation home with pool is located in the small Istrian village of Sumber, near Labin. It is functionally and comfortably furnished for a pleasant stay of a larger family. The first floor is connected to the second floor by an external staircase. The beautiful terrace overlooks a well-maintained flower garden, planted with various Mediterranean plants. In the surrounding area you can walk or bike and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere. Visit the historic Labin or the beautiful beaches in Rabac.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.
