This lovely vacation home with pool is located in the small village of Faraguni near Labin and is ideal for a relaxing family vacation in idyllic and rural surroundings. The interiors are nicely and functionally furnished and offer you a comfortable stay. In front of the house there is a cozy terrace where you can enjoy your delicious dinner from the grill with a glass of good Istrian wine. The youngest family members will be happy to have so much space to play on the property. Take romantic walks and bike rides through the peaceful surroundings in untouched nature. During your stay visit the famous resort of Rabac, where you can enjoy the sea and the sun on the most beautiful beaches of Istria and in the evening take a walk along the promenade, with many cafe bars, souvenir stores and restaurants.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, alles ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Sitzbereich und der tolle Pool –mit Beleuchtung - sind gepflegt und sauber. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, wir suchten Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit und das haben wir hier auch gefunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, Bettwäsche zum Wechsel lag bereit. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir umgehend Sitzkissen für die Lounge. Auch der Grill war sehr sauber und nett angelegt, die ersten Kohlen standen schon bereit. Wir kamen bereits etwas früher an, aber das war kein Problem, wir wurden direkt freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin war telefonisch gut erreichbar. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, zum Einkaufen findet man in ca. 5 km LIDL, Spar etc. Zum Schwimmen sind wir immer an die Felsenküste in Duga Luka gefahren (ca. 10 km entfernt) Wir haben die beiden Wochen sehr genossen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
