The beautiful cottage is located in a village, on a large plot surrounded by greenery and only about 18 km from the Baltic Sea. It is very practically furnished, here you will spend cozy vacation hours. Living room, dining room and kitchen are very spacious and are located on the first floor. The interior as well as the exterior are inviting and well maintained. On the large property there is plenty of space for your children to play and romp. There is also a swing available. The house is available all year round. So that it is also cozy warm in winter, there is a fireplace. The nearest swimming opportunity at a lake is about 7 km away. The nearest sandy beach is 18 km away.

Schönes Haus mit vielen Mängel
Zunächst muss man sagen dass es sich hier um ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Haus handelt. Jedoch sind die Mängel am Haus nicht zu übersehen. Die Matratzen sind sehr schlecht und haben jede Menge gelbe Flecken, es gibt keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit in den Schlafzimmern, Rollos defekt oder fehlen ganz, die Beleuchtung geht nicht überall, Eckschrank in der Küche defekt sowie die Griffe los bei den Töpfen und Pfannen, Verschluss am Eisfach defekt, bei einem 6 Personen Haus sollte man auch mehr Gläser zur Verfügung stellen, 3 Trinkgläser und 4 Weingläser ist doch wohl etwas wenig. Das Heizkörperventil im Flur lässt sich nicht schließen somit ist der Heizkörper immer warm und das Ventil sehr laut was beim schlafen stört, die komplette Ausstattung im Haus ist leider vom Billigsten was nicht zu dem Haus passt. Die Begrüßung war alles andere als freundlich und auch die Besitzerin (wohnt in Deutschland) ist auch nicht sehr freundlich. Hingegen der Aussage der Besitzerin werden in dem kleinen Lebensmittelladen keine Euro akzeptiert und es gibt auch keine Wechselstube (hätte mich auch sehr gewundert). Dass die Nebenkosten extra berechnet werden ist eine Sache, da sollte man aber noch mal über den Preis nachdenken. An der Bettwäsche haben auch die meisten Knöpfe gefehlt und die Betten musste man selbst beziehen. Kein Service. Sicher, alles einzeln genommen ist das eine oder andere zu verkraften aber im Gesamten ist dieses Haus nicht zu empfehlen.
