Located in the Foxhall section of the beautiful, gated community inside Palmetto Dunes, 652 Queen's Grant stands out from the crowd. This one level, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa features brand new furnishings and beach décor throughout.
As guests enter the villa, they are greeted with an open concept floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, and light gray walls. The fully equipped kitchen, with its granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, opens directly into the living room. There are four chairs at the breakfast bar. Also, in the kitchen, is a Whirlpool front-loading washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has a wood table that seats six and a small built-in wine fridge on the wall. The living room features an exposed beam high ceiling, two ceiling fans, a gray sofa, three accent chairs, a small desk, and a 65” Roku TV. The sliding door opens to a backyard patio where there is a patio loveseat, two chairs, and a gas grill. The back patio offers serene views of the lush landscaping and golf course. The brand-new seating area is the perfect spot to enjoy an al-fresco dinner or a nice glass of wine.
To the left, as you enter, are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed, 32” TV, his and hers closets, and access to the patio. Queens Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
