Stay in Orange

Nice house, enjoyed our room. Spacious and comfortable with our own bathroom. The location was great, near Disneyland, restaurants and stores. The host was great! Room got a little warm being on the second floor during the day. Window fan helped, would have been uncomfortable without it.

Disappointment Is an Understatement

I Didn’t Even Get To Stay. Some How The Host Forgot That I Booked The Place. It Was Super Unprofessional, Lack Of Consideration. Some How Other People Booked Rooms and The Place Was Full But He Did Not Remember Me Booking. Getting a Full Refund Is Okay, But It’s NOT Okay When It’s The Same Day Of Arrival. I Arrived to California and Was Told Same Day (Last Minute) That I Could Not Stay. I Called Customer Care. They Offered A Hotel For 1 Night Out Of The Three Nights I Booked. They Could Not Find Me Any Place To Stay That Met My Requirements and Refused to Cover Me For All Three Nights In a Hotel. I NEEDED and Place With a Kitchen. I Had to Cater For A Baby Shower and This Inconvenience Ruined Up My Whole Trip and Living Circumstances for The Weekend. To Make It Worse Customer Care Hung Up and Never Called Back
