Come watch the SUNRISE! Sunrise on Millcole is a completely renovated two bedroom, two bath duplex. With dedicated beach access to Bid-a-wee beach, this awesome gem is just one block from the sugar white sand of PC beach! It's colorful and cheery decor is perfect for a beach getaway. This newly decorated two bedroom, two bath is a great place to enjoy a family friendly vacation and the beauty that Panama City Beach has to offer. Located in the heart of PCB, it is convenient to everything. The two bedrooms are very spacious, the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed. The quaint kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a basic meal. There is a barbeque grill out back, a large picnic table and a large yard to enjoy the evening after a long day on the beach.

The duplex next door "SUNSET" is also available for rent and is newly decorated as well. It's ideal for vacationing with familly or friends and spending time together while also having your own space. In total, both sides would sleep 10. You can book one side or both.

A little surprised.

I was a little surprised with the size of the rental. For some reason I thought it would be bigger. I had some issues with the cleanliness and after contacting the rental group they did send someone to come and take care of the issues. I was told the property had set empty for about two weeks which would explain the issues. All in all it’s a great location and comfy unit.

Panama City beach vacation.

I had a wonderful time, Also private beach is an excellent place, Clear water and white sand is that what I like to spend my vacation time in Florida, If you got your boat or jet ski this one is a right place for you, You got plenty of room in front of the house for you jet ski.

Great Place to Stay for a Fanily Vacation!

Great place for a family vacation, nothing major to complain about. Coffee pot wasn’t cleaned and had begun to mold, not enough household supplies (toilet paper, dish detergent) Overall a great stay, neighbors were very quiet and had a short walk to the beach. Would def stay again!

Great Location

The unit was in good shape and location was great...close to the beach. Both rooms were adequate to sleep in; however, sounds could be heard from next door all throughout the day. The connecting door to the other unit is too thin. Overall, we had a good experience.

Location was nice.

It could’ve been cleaner. There was dust in bedside tables and lamps, base boards were dirty throughout. The lack of window coverings was terrible. The motion lights or the sun was like shining a high beam in your face. Also lack of places to put stuff- clothes in bedroom, no hooks to hang anything anywhere and very little kitchen items. Like mixing bowls… we eat in most meals.

Wonderful stay

I'm always a little hesitant about staying in Panama. Really due to the college kid reputation. I have small children and we like to relax. The beach was a short walk, and the neighborhood was friendly. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The listing was spot on and the owner was very sweet. Would most definitely stay again.

Nice unit that needs just a bit more work.

The property is small but that is as advertised. It's in a great area, close to the beach. It's decorated well and has all the amenities. The problem we had was that from the very beginning the sewers were backing up into the bathroom showers, making the unit unsanitary, smelly, and unusable.
