This property was perfect for our family. We were in Georgia for my granddaughter's wedding. We had four different family staying with us. The number of bedrooms and beds worked out great we all had privacy and yet we were all together. And you could not ask for a more relaxing and beautiful beautiful setting the house was decorated fantastically and the hosts were very accommodating it was in conjunction with hurricane Helene so we got the resulting rain but that didn't change the fact that it was a fantastic place to stay
There were dead bugs, spiders, and spider webs and cob webs everywhere. A wolf spider living in the sink. The dishwasher was FOUL and smelled like a dead animal, mildew, and water from the p trap. We washed everything by hand the whole time to avoid the stench that filled the house when the dishwasher was opened. Dirt all over the porches. Some of the beds didn't have sheets on them and some pillows didn't have cases. The property seemed run down and dirty. I didn't have check in information when i got there and had to wait on the host to text me how to get in, we were waiting with groceries on the car.
The views! Wow! We enjoyed our stay immensely. Brought our family, along with 8 of our eleven grandchildren to raft and enjoy the lake and mountains before school begins. Loved the spaciousness of the house, the beautiful views, and the location to nearby attractions. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
We had a good stay, kitchen is small but well stocked, we brought most of our food already cooked so we had no problem with that just lack of counter space. Dining room was spacious and accommodated our large party well. House is very open and lots of windows so it was hard to keep warm so bring plenty of blankets if coming in winter, it didn’t help that we hit -4 one night. Great views, steep road to get to house, not a problem unless ice or snow.
Great rental for a large family
We had 3 generations under one roof for a lovely Thanksgiving week long celebration.
Easy to get there and close to restaurants and stores.

What makes this property unique
Close to both a lake and restaurants. Also, very close to a supermarket yet far enough away! Not to mention the view!
