NEW CLUB HOME on ski slopes. Ski right out the back door onto the easiest ski slope - Friar Tuck. With almost 3800 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, a theater room, an entertainers kitchen, wine/coffee bar, pellet and gas fireplaces, as well as a lower level rec room featuring a theater, a ski room to hold all your skis and gear, large deck over looking the ski slope and many other customized finishes throughout. Located right across the street from the upper golf course and Club House. Enjoy hiking, biking, snow shoeing, clubhouse and all Resort amenities (Golfing, Spa, Skiing, Ropes Course & more) Just a short drive and you can enjoy access to several lakes (Findley Lake - 10 minutes, Chautauqua - 30 minutes and Lake Erie - 30 minutes). There is fishing, boating & restaurants at each of the 3 lakes.

Nice house, very roomy!

We enjoyed our stay at Sam's house. His communication was thorough and quick. The house was clean, and plenty big enough for 4 couples and a toddler. Would have been room for a few more, especially children. Nice location, nice neighborhood. Great golf course. (played the upper course)

Large Family Vacation

The host was very accommodating and great to work with. The set up on the house is perfect for a large family gathering, we had a large family vacation between Christmas and New Year's and the layout and set up and great for this type of gathering. I would say that it could use some updating to the extra sheets, pillows and kitchen items to be better stocked for a house that is set up to accommodate a party of 16 people. But we had a great time and it worked out perfectly for our group, we would definitely stay here again!

Peak n Peak condo

Our family stayed and enjoyed our condo We worked easily with Sam, the owner. The arrival information was easy and the location was perfect for our family, as we were in town for a wedding at the Peak. We are all golfers and enjoyed the course that was near our condo If we return to the area, we would try to get this condo again

Perfect Location

Sam’s property is right near the Upper course clubhouse and provided a great place for our group to stay. Their were plenty of places to sleep and the living area was great for hosting a large group. Sam communicated with us the entire time and offered help if we needed anything.

Wonderful location; great property!

This house was perfect for several families to stay together for a ski vacation. The ski in/ski out location can't be beat. The kitchen is a wonderful area to cook and hang out, and there was plenty of space throughout the weekend to spread out. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Perfect rental for our extended family!

We rented this condo for our annual family get together at PK2! It was so perfect!!! Very clean and comfy furniture too! The kitchen area is HUGE! There are 3 bedroom suites with their own spacious bathrooms and a great bedroom in the basement for the kids. Lots of extra bedding and the kitchen was stocked nicely! The garage was nice and big for 2 cars to park within. Great location and just overall adorable!! Our only minor issue was the coffee maker. It took about 30 minutes to brew 2 cups and we are a big coffee family. Other than that we loved every second!!! Dying to see if there is a weekend available in January for skiing!!!

BIGGEST & BEST in Peek & Peak

Perfect for large families or groups. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of needs for cooking, all bathrooms have plenty of extra towels, rooms are big and spacious, with lots of extra pillows and blankets! There is a nice view next to the closest lift, and its definitely somewhere I would bring my family again. We had a family wedding in Erie (about 30 min drive) and had enough room to entertain a dinner for extra guests. Overall an excellent stay! Our family left a pack and play with a baby booster seat for future families. Don't pass this one up!

Great Location Great Condo

If you want ski in/ski out this should be your choice at peek’n peak! The house is great and very well appointed. We never used our cars the entire stay. We skied down the hill for our tickets in the morning and away we went. Comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 6 kids (easily could have accommodated another 4 people). Everyone had a great time. We all hope to return to this house.

Perfect location, great property!

We stayed at this house for a ski weekend with friends and it was fantastic! The owner was really communicative and accommodating throughout the reservation and the stay. The house was perfect for our size group, with gathering places for the kids and the adults. The large kitchen worked out terrific for cooking and serving meals. And, the convenience of this house to the slopes can't be beat!

Amazing Property with Perfect Location for Peek 'n Peak Skiing

We had a wonderful stay at this property over MLK weekend! Perfect location for Ski-in Ski-out. This club home comfortably fit 3 families each with children. All the amenities you need for a great ski weekend. We will be back and have already booked 3 other weekends in the future.

Beautiful spacious house!

We have stayed at the Peak before in other rental properties. This house by far is the biggest and best. We had a total of 9 people staying and still had plenty of rooms to spears out into. Well stocked and the master bedroom bathroom is huge. We will be staying again!
