This semi-detached house is just 15 minutes walking from the village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The house is located in a private and secure area with 20 properties (houses and appartments), free car park and shared swimming pool.
On the ground floor, you will find the warm and relaxant living room which overlooks the 64m² outdoor space. From the dining table or the lounge area of the terrace you will enjoy the Saint-Paul-de-Vence village. The terrace is fenced and flowery.
The equipped kitchen is independant with a view of the garden (hob, dishwasher, microwaves, cooker, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and toaster). Separate toilets and washing machine.
On the first floor, you will find two rooms with air conditioning and a bathroom. Each room has a double bed (140 cm), a terrace with a view and a closet. The bathroom has a shower, a bath, toilets and towel dryer.
You will be able to enjoy the shared swimming pool, and shared outside areas of the domain. The swimming-pool is open from May if the weather is good or in June, from 8am to 9am (for swimmers) and from 9am to 8pm for all the residents. The swimming-pool close at the end of September.
Pets are not allowed. Non-smocking area.
The house is good for a family stay or for 2 couples. Wifi access.
