Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare center will also only be a few hundred meters away to drop off your toys.



There you will find modern and pleasant accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.



Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool which will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.



The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary.

This 37m², north-east facing 3-room apartment is located slightly set back from the central square of the Orres 1800 station for a quiet stay.
It has an entrance with storage, a living room with convertible sofa, a dining room - equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a balcony offering a view of the main avenue.
For sleeping, you will find a 140x190cm convertible sofa in the living room, two 80x190cm bunk beds, as well as a 140x190cm double bed in the bedroom, for a total capacity of 6 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
