This newly purchased five-bedroom home is in the beautiful, gated Cypress Breeze Plantation community that provides access to a public beach access point with bathrooms and communal pool with waterfall and several lounging areas. The first floor of the home offers the open kitchen area, cozy living area, and the master with a king bed and full private bathroom. You can also enjoy the large, covered porch and backyard for some outdoor fun with the family. The second floor offers the second king bedroom, queen bedroom, and bunk rooms, as well as an additional den area and covered balcony to enjoy the sunsets on 30A. Family friendly neighborhood in short biking/golf cart or walking distance to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, shopping, & ice cream shops at Gulf Place. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities:
Cypress Breeze Plantation has stunning amenities for you to enjoy! There is a private community pool with a large waterfall and multiple lounging areas for guests. Please note: Guest use of the community pool begins at Noon each day. Between the hours of 8 am to Noon, the pool is open for homeowner use only. All guests must use the main pool gate entrance. You will be required to give your name, phone number, address, address of the home and management company. Anyone under 18 will not be allowed in without an adult. (Community Pool cannot be heated.)
Beach Access:
The closest beach access location is the Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, 1 mile from the home, only about a 2-3 minute drive or 4-5 minute bike ride. This is the public access located at the dead end of Hwy 393 at Gulf Place, where you can find tons of great shopping and dining options. The beach access has parking, restrooms, and outdoor showers. There is a beach vendor at this location, so you can reserve professional beach chair setups on the beach, or you can bring your own beach gear.
Parking: White Sands Retreat has a four-vehicle driveway and room for one additional vehicle in the garage. Parking anywhere along the streets or in any yard areas is strictly prohibited by the HOA. Overflow parking is available at the pool and must be requested in advance in writing and approved by the HOA.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 30 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
