This 5 Bedroom 3 full bathroom townhome has a great location, a few hundred yards from the Western territory and across the street from the village. This home offers more space than most units on the mountain with over 2000 sq/ft of living space. This unit has a well equipped kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops, deck and large windows with breathtaking western views, large living room with wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceiling, adjacent den (can double as 5th bedroom), and 2 car garage. Ideal for large groups with 2 Queen bedrooms, master with king bed, loft with 2 twins ( bunk) and 2 fulls ( bunk) and den w/ new pullout sofa.
Short walk to Western Territory ( 250yds ) for skiing and downhill biking. Bikers will love the 2 car garage for bike work and secure lockup. Approximately a 6 minute walk to village. For those not wanting to walk, you can call the mountain shuttle for free pickup in front of unit #1.
New ChargePoint Electric Vehicle charger in the garage. Garage offers heated and secure charging for EVs up to the size of a Tesla Model X (tight fit). Other vehicles larger can charge outside right in front of the garage doors.
Parking available for 3-4 cars. There is a two car garage, but winter time we use 1 garage stall for an area to gear up for the slopes, and guests equipment storage. Parking area to left of house is monitored by flood light/ security camera.

The property was perfectly appointed for my family of skiers. The garage was so convenient for removing and storing all the ski gear. The floor plan was spacious and cozy along with a well equipped kitchen. The view from the back deck was gorgeous!! Truly enjoyed our stay.
Overall it was ok but it's not really meamt for the number of people disclosed in the listing. One of the bedrooms which is a den is right off the living room (which is pretty small). There was no way we could use the 5th bedroom as a bedroom becasue thereggg wasnt enoigh
What an amazing week we had at Snowshoe! Weather made for perfect skiing and snowboard. The location of the property made for a quick and beautiful walk through the woods which leads you right to the Western Express lift. The house was clean, warm, and had everything we needed to make it feel like home. We hope to make this an annual trip and will definitely book with Rob again! Thanks again!
Excellent property for ski trip. Home is wonderfully laid out for big families. Walking distance to Western territory and powder monkey lifts. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
This house was very comfortable for our group. Owner was super helpful. Only gave 4 stars for location to let future guests know that no cellphones worked at the house and don't work well in general around Snowshoe. If you have walkie talkies to stay connected on the mountain, bring them. :)
Could not have asked for a better spot for a fun-filled ski weekend! Quiet location with easy shuttle into the center of the village. House had everything that we needed and easily fit our party of 12!
Overall our stay was excellent! Location was great, walking distance to the slopes. Check in and obtaining access to the condo was a breeze. The owner texted us the day prior to our stay. All communication with the owner was very friendly and helpful. The pictures on the site are very accurate. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, appliances and extras like spices, condiments, coffee filters. The supply of garbage bags, soap, dish detergent and toilet paper at the house was wonderful too. The condo was very clean. The fireplace was so cozy and the owner supplied plenty of firewood. We had a party of 11 and this was a very comfortable space with 4 adults and kids from ages 5-17. Our two eldest teens loved the den space to watch their own movies late night while the rest of us took up the living room. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
This is our second time staying at this property. It is so spacious and is located very close to the village at Snowshoe. The kitchen is very well appointed. There is lots of room to store mountain bikes and ski equipment inside the garage. I think you could actually sleep 14 in this house. It also has a lovely back porch with a gorgeous mountain view. The host has been very kind and understanding as well as responsive. You can’t go wrong renting this home.
Skiing or Mountain biking this place has it all, everything you need to prepare food just show up with your food, Communication with the owner is prompt and elite, instructions couldn't be clearer I plan on staying here again... if you stumble upon this listing look no further, just lick the stamp and send it
Our favorite Snowshoe lodging! The owner is incredibly accommodating, it’s super convenient to both the village and the Western Territory, it’s spacious and comfortable for a large group and the garage is perfect for gear.
We came for the GNCC motorcycle race in June. It was our first time at Snowshoe. We had a great time. The home was perfect. Anything I needed or forgot to bring was there! Very clean and well kept! Beds were so comfortable! Robert was available to answer all of my questions. I HIGHLY recommend!
This was a wonderful home space to connect with long distance friends. It was very comfortable for a group of 8 adults. Between the beautiful deck views and easy walk to the villiage, we enjoyed our time so much!
We’ve stayed at numerous Snowshoe properties and this is by far our favorite. It’s very spacious, clean, well equipped, and the view is fantastic. The den was a great place for our teens to hang. Having a garage was a game changer to store and work on bikes. We look forward to returning in July.
This is a very well maintained property in a perfect location. Only a few minutes walking distance to the slopes & the village, and sporting great views over the mountain ranges to the west. Everything is clean and functional, and the owners are quick to respond to any requests. They even left a nice stack of firewood in the garage, and a basket with goodies (including home-roasted coffee beans) for us to enjoy. It is rare to find this level of attention to hospitality service and detail in the vacation rental industry - five big stars all-around!
Awesome property for access to Western Territories and the rest of Snowshoe. Skied through trees every morning to reach Upper Cupp. House was comfortable and the garage made getting ready for skiing easy. Plenty of room for everyone. Owner was great. Pavement issue at the end of the access road - not sure a car will make it??

A great home for our family trip. It accommodated us well and provided a warm, comfortable place to relax after a great day on the slopes. We had ages 60 years to a 1 year old and this home was perfect for all ages. The owner was most helpful and prompt in replying to all correspondence. We would stay here again .
We had a great stay and ski trip with my family and my brother's family. The place is clean and Robert is SO helpful. We were there during a snowstorm and he let us stay until the roads were clear. This was our second visit and I am sure we will do it again next year. The location is ideal as well!

Eleven of us stayed here for the UCI World Cup weekend. The house is nicely updated. The mattresses were comfortable. The towels and sheets were fresh and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. This was our 4th trip to Snowshoe, but our first time at this property. This property is much nicer than the other places we have stayed. The location is very convenient to the mountain bike trails and the village. We will definitely stay here again!

We’re a Charleston, WV family that enjoys being outside. All seasons have something to entertain us. Water sports, cycling, hiking, and of course great southeastern skiing.
Why they chose this property
Our family has been renting places all over the mountain since the mid 1980’s, and have been contemplating a purchase since the early 2000’s. We’ve found that Snowshoe has the best mix of year round activities for a mountain resort in WV. Our location at Lands End has the size to bring friends or extended family on our adventures on the mountain, 4 bedroom (sleeps 14), 3 bath, and a great room area with enough room for the kids to have their own space. We love our back deck! It is the perfect size for entertaining, and watching the sunset. Lands End is a short 5 minute walk to the village, where restaurants, shopping, and activities abound! Even better is the winter walk through the woods ( western lift to front door in 2:53 says my garmin) to the Western Territory slopes. Summer biking is amazing with trails to suit every level of biker. Our garage is the perfect place to tune or safely store your bike when you are not hitting the trails.

One of the few properties with a garage, and more space than the usual mountain condos at Snowshoe. Close enough to enjoy the Village, but quiet and private. Perfect getaway for mountain bikers needing a secure storage and work area for their downhill bikes.
