This HUGE (+/- 1780 sf) newly renovated condo features an oversized living room along with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths including a large Beachfront Master with Private Balcony! There is also a bunk alcove and sleeper sofa for the kids (sleeps 10+ comfortably). PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT LARGER GROUPS!

Emerald Beach is a fully staffed resort with plenty of family activities staffed by Wyndham. We love Emerald Beach because of its central location, onsite Starbucks, fully staffed "SkyBar" Cocktail Lounge, evening entertainment, ice cream shop, gym, sauna, separate kids (zero entry) and adult pools, tiki bar, outdoor play area with pool table, ping pong, shuffle board, chess, and much more! Also, 2 Chairs and Umbrella are reserved on beach for your entire stay during March to October.

This unit has wide doors and grab bars making it a fully accessible. Each of the 3 bedrooms features a full private bath while a half bath is located in the hall. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, cable, and wi-fi. Two enormous private balconies overlook the beautiful emerald green gulf waters.

You will love the beautiful, unobstructed views of sunrises & sunsets. Stores and restaurants are just steps away, while the kitchen is fully equipped for those cozy nights. There is plenty of dinnerware as well as a built-in dishwasher in the kitchen. A washer and dryer is also located in a hallway closet. BEACHFRONT MASTER WITH PRIVATE BALCONY!!

Enjoyed Our Stay
Overall the condo was a great place for our annual family getaway to PCB! The place was clean when we arrived and Seth allowed us to checkin a few hours early, which was great! Seth was responsive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was a breeze. The condo is spacious and we loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom with plenty of linens! The property is amazing (we've stayed at Emerald Beach for 4 or 5 years now), and this is by far the largest condo we've stayed in! The pools were lovely, as we were there during a few double red flag days and my kids appreciated having something to do! The biggest complaints that I have are the fact that the stove burners are VERY uneven, making it difficult to cook large meals for our family. There are no oven mits and only two dish towels. There is minimal silverware and very few drinking glasses that weren't coffee mugs or the big plastic ones from local restaurants. The kitchen tables and chairs, TVs (they arent smart TVs and we struggled to get them to work), as well as the balcony furniture left much to be desired and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, we loved the condo and would stay here again - just plan to bring the things I need for in the kitchen and hope that it gets a few minor upgrades before our next stay!.

Unresponsive Host and Poor and Dirty Conditions!!!
I usually take reviews with a grain of salt; however, the complaints about cleanliness and missing essential items were absolutely true during our stay. What shocked us the most was being ghosted by the host, leaving us with no help to resolve the issues. If he is the management company, he should be fired for doing a horrible job representing the owner. Another alarming issue was the bed, which was "repaired" with gray duct tape. I assume as a way to stabilize the bed; however, the bed was excessively squeaky, unstable, and unsafe to sleep on. The unit also had several other issues, including a lack of basic supplies like toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, towels and bedding for the futon of which we had to go out and ouchase on our own. Additionally, the laundry area had a moldy smell, which was both unpleasant and concerning for our health. Also, one of the bathubs was not clearned and the ceiling fan in the living room did not work properly, making it difficult to cool the space. The host initially contacted us and promised that housekeeping would come by to resolve the issues. However, when housekeeping arrived at 7 PM, they did not have access to the needed supplies. Despite several followup calls, texts, and emails, the host never responded after that. If you don't want to be disappointed, I suggest finding another place to stay where the host will value your money spent and address your concerns!

Can’t wait to book again!!
A group of us girls who live in different states have a retreat every other year to just relax and catch up. This rental was the best! We loved the location, the layout, and the bed situation. Every room had a bathroom and the condo even had a half bath. Kitchen was a good size and the balcony ocean views were the best! There were a few minor things that were brought to the attention of the renter but it wouldn’t change my mind about staying there again. Also, renter communicated back quickly and we had no problems. We enjoyed our stay greatly!!

My girl friends and I stayed while attending Gulf Coast Jam. Seth was very responsive and provided any assistance needed during our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable and is in a great location. Beach access was very easy!! We will stay again!

Each bedroom has a private bath!
The size of this condo was perfect for our family. We love EBR! Each bedroom having a private bath made it very nice for everyone. The only small negatives to this unit were that the garbage disposal wasn't working which wasn't a huge deal, and one of the stove burners doesn't work. A couple burners are not level either, but it was manageable. The host, Seth, was very responsive.

Would be nice place but needs improvements
I normally do not leave a bad review but I am very disappointed. This place would be very nice but they need to do some improvements. First off, the VRBO listing and welcome packet need to say the same check in/out times and accurate info/photos about the condo. Welcome packet made us leave an hour before the VRBO time. Then the listing photos and the actual rooms do not match. There is Not 2 fold out sofas, no linens in master bedroom closet. There was a futon with a Hole and Spike sticking out of it that could have seriously hurt someone. So we had to adjust and figure out sleeping arrangements. And the 2 metal chairs on the balcony were broken. There was Sand on the Sheets of the Made Beds! The chain on the door would not work it came out in your hand when you try to use it! The door knob was crooked, looked broken. The owner And cleaner/room manager was not reachable and would not return and text/phone call the entire time. There was not even any Oven Mitts in the place at all either. VERY Loud and noisy trying to sleep.. in the closets with the hot water heater was what looked to be Portable AC units on top of the hot water heater and Attached to the AC unit so it looked to be what was working hard to try to cool the condo… and the living room closet was the same thing!

There was 10 total on this trip. 9 adults and one 2yr old. We had more than enough room and privacy from each other. The view was amazing and close to everything we enjoyed. We could walk to go carts, put put golf and the game room. Will diffidently go again!!

Decent but not what We were expecting
Overall the property of the condo was not bad. The elevators were very slow and you had to go to multiple elevators to get to different locations within the property. The condo it’s self was decent but it did not look like the pictures. Such as the living room ceiling had mold on it, the rug was different and would constantly move when you would move the foot rest or coffee table and was a tripping hazard. The stovetop did not have the right burners so they were all slanted which made it difficult to cook. They didn’t have any dish rags, only had 6 wash clothes for 12 people to shower. No pa be per towels, trash bags or toilet paper. If i would have known we needed to supply that i would have came prepared. The AC unit never shut off which caused it to be very loud in there and it was not cool in there at all. The bedroom closest to the front need curtains over the blinds! The curtains that were hanging by the sliding glass door are falling off, the couches were uncomfortable and the leather couch had a small hole in it. Which it had a spring coming out of it. The patio light didn’t work. The shower curtain in the bedroom by the front door had mold all over it. The floors were not cleaned and turned our feet back when we walked on it barefoot.

The best!
My family has stayed at a lot of beach front condos but this one has to be the best! The condo itself was perfect for the three families that came on our trip. We were all able to have our own room and bathroom which was nice with 10 people. We never felt crowded or on top of each other. The 2 balconies were great as we designated one for parents only and one for kids. While the condo was great, the amenities at the resort are really what set this place over the top! Multiple pools, arcade, ice cream, skybar, starbucks, gift shop, outdoor games and daily events made it to where we never had to leave and deal with traffic. I highly recommend this place to anyone and we will for sure be looking forward to coming back!

I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE OF A STAY. WAS NOT CONTACTED BY HOST FOR CHECKIN. WE HAD TO JUST GO TO THE ROOM AT THE POSTED TIME OF CHECKIN ON OUR RESERVATION ON VRBO. ARRIVED AT THE ROOM TO FIND DIRTY CLOTHES IN THE WASHER, DIRTY DISHES IN THE DISHWASHER. NO ARM BANDS TO USE ON SITE AMENITIES. TEXT AND EMAILED HOST WITH NO RESPONSE THE INTIRE STAY. TO BE ABLE TO USE WHAT WAS PROMISED. THE AIR WAS NOT WORKING. WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD ARRIVE AT 9:00 AM TO TAKE CARE OF ALL ISSUES. NO ONE CAME OR CALLED. HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH VRBO MY ENTIRE VACATION TRYING TO RESOLVE ISSUES AND NO RESPONSE FROM HOST. BABY RUNNING 103 FEVER WITH AIR THAT ONLY WENT TO 74 DEGREES. ASKED FOR HALF OF MY MONEY BACK DUE TO DEALING WITH THESE ISSUES TO BE TOLD THAT HE WOULD ONLY GIVE MY 1 DAY. I WOULD NOT BOOK THIS CONDO IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE IN PANAMA CITY BEACH. HE IS A FRAUD.

We all loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The location was great and the view was amazing. The condo was very spacious and well stocked. Check in went smooth other than not having arm bands but communication with the owner went well about that. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend staying here.

perfect amount of room
This condo was the perfect amount of room for my family. I traveled with my mom and 6 kids ages 7-17 and everyone had plenty of space. The condo was beautiful and the pools were perfect for my kiddos. We didn't discover the kiddie pool by the parking garage until late on our 2nd day but my babies loved it. The location is great for food and stores. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location Unit much larger than the pictures!
Much larger than the pics show, Owner is Great guy who checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. Unit had everything we needed to cook. There are several pull out couches/futons in the unit to accommodate our party of 12 comfortably. The unit was easy to access right off the elevator with great views. Staff at the location was friendly as well. We'd love to revisit and stay again at this location.
