They told us after we booked the trip that we could not park in the driveway and we only had access to the basement. The upstairs was closed off and we had no clue about that. It was not stated in the description at all.
Very convenient to downtown Danville/Centre College. Every amenity you could want. Very clean, King bed was excellent comfort. Great communication with host. Only *slight concern was hearing owners walking overhead quite loudly early morning (after we admittedly stayed out too late! lol)
My Mom and I stayed here for 5 nights. The place is very clean. There are three beds. The two we tried were quite comfortable. There were a ton of TVs so if that's important to you, they are large screen TVs, in each bedroom, as well as the living room. Bathroom is very small with a tiny stall shower which I found very confining, especially since there's no window. We had some issues with the electricity. The fridge was not turned on when we arrived late at night but the host fixed the issue the next afternoon. The light in the kitchen stopped working at one point and we never were able to find the outlet to turn on the overhead light in the living room. We have family that live in town, so we spend most of our time at their house. I do think the host is very quick to reply so if we had needed those lights fixed, I would have messaged her, but it didn't seem necessary for our stay. The location is very convenient. It's around the corner from a CVS and I would say walking distance to the downtown with restaurants. We had to park on the street which is not ideal, since it was a high traffic street, so unloading in the dark late at night was a bit tough. It is a garden level/basement apartment so it was very dark but worked out well for our stay.
Amazing value for the location and the facility! Clean, spacious, and accommodating for a group of people. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and communicated well! I definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a stay in Danville!
We were upgraded to the upstairs which had all the downstairs apartment had plus some. Erika was very friendly and asked us daily if there was anything we needed!
at first look dangerous , later found out neighbors in the trailer are as friendly as the come and no step for a change , once in is a nice basement , no odor low moisture , very comfortable ,good enough for 6 !! and ask for any kitchen gadget is there
We had a really great time, it was easy to find, the property manager was really helpful and answered any questions right away. The property was beautiful too.
The Location was close to downtown and Center College. The apartment was spotless and the beds were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept in 🤣. Three things to work on: (1) we weren’t able to check in at 4 o’clock and had to wait for the property to get ready. (2) The TV did not work the first day - Something wrong with the Internet etc., but they were quick to fix that the second day. (3) The outside was pretty messy, the pool was cold, needed attention and not inviting. The backyard was messy and unkept.
Erika's place was very clean. Location is very close to Centre College and downtown Danville. Erika was very responsive to questions and needs. I would definitely stay here again.
