In the heart of the Brie region, come and discover "La Gravière", a secluded villa in the commune of Fontenay-Trésigny, in an ideal setting for special moments with friends or family.
Located just 25 km from Disneyland Paris and 43 km from Paris.
The property features a heated swimming pool, summer kitchen with barbecue, pool table, table soccer, pétanque court, ping-pong table and basketball hoop.
For even more special occasions, you can rent our 150m2 party room and terrace.

Our home has 7 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 28.
On the first floor, you'll find 3 double bedrooms, an English toilet, a vast living room with a wood-burning fireplace (wood not supplied), a sofa and a coffee table. The dining room features two large tables that can seat up to 26 people simultaneously. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not supplied), fridge and dishwasher. A bathroom with shower, bath and double vanity unit is also available on the first floor.
The first floor comprises 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds, 2 bedrooms with 3 bunk beds each and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed). There's also a bathroom with 2 showers, an English toilet and a double sink unit.
To enhance your stay, the accommodation has a large basement equipped with a dance floor, ping-pong table, pool table and table soccer, ensuring unforgettable moments of entertainment.
To liven up your evenings, we've got a 300W RMS speaker that's easy to connect via Bluetooth.
Our swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-September, providing an ideal setting for swimming and relaxing during this period.
The pool is currently being renovated. It will be ready for the summer season. It will no longer be covered, but will still be heated.
A summer kitchen is available. It is equipped with a BBQ and utensils, a sink, a small fridge and a shower. Charcoal is not provided.
5 garden tables are also available, comfortably seating 30 people.
The garden has a large petanque court (boules and jacks provided) and a basketball hoop (ball provided).

OPTIONAL:
you have the option of renting our 150m2 "salle des fêtes", located on the same property. The party room is equipped with a catering area (professional equipment included: oven, 2 hotplates, 1 large sink and a refrigerator), which can also be used as a bar thanks to its large front opening. We also provide the necessary furniture (tables, chairs, stand-up meals) in the village hall. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
CHECK-IN :
Arrival time: From 5:00 p.m.
We strive to make the reserved accommodation available as soon as possible, and no later than 5:00 pm.
We welcome guests in person.
CHECK-OUT TIME :
Check Out: 11am every day except Sundays, when we allow late check out at 5pm.
Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we ask you to respect several departure instructions detailed in the house rules and which will be reminded to you the evening before your departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
For each reservation, a security deposit of €1,000 is required by bank transfer only (the amount is not debited at the time of the deposit, so it does not affect your credit limit) via our partner SWIKLY.
The amount will be "pre-registered" and "non-cashed" on your credit card as a security deposit.
This sum will be released no later than 20 days after departure, except in the event of deduction of a "cleaning supplement", "repair/replacement costs" or failure to comply with the house rules.
CLEANING:
A "standard" cleaning charge is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked.
The cleaning service provided prior to your arrival in the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the household linen, making up the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Before you leave, we will ask you to return the accommodation to us in a clean and tidy condition.
We will provide you with all the equipment you need to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in a clean and tidy condition.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN :
Bed linen is included in the rental price. When you arrive, the beds will be made up with clean sheets.
We also provide bath mats, hand towels and kitchen cloths.

Disneyland Paris is just 25km away (25 minutes by car).
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The dwelling is located on the border between the commune of Fontenay-Trésigny, isolated in the middle of fields.
Fontenay-Trésigny is a small town of around 5,000 inhabitants. You'll find all the shops you need (bar, tobacconist, restaurant, florist, baker, butcher, etc.). 2 supermarkets are available nearby (Intermarché and LECLERC), accessible by car.
ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire property except for the laundry room in the basement.
The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-September.
The village hall is available on request.
PETS
Pets are accepted free of charge on condition that :
- they are clean
- they do not damage the accommodation
- they are not allowed on beds or sofas
- you pick up after them.
