The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout - expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free shuttle bus called the Galloping Goose that loops the circumference of town. There are various bus stops where you can load up your ski's and take a ride to the Gondola.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cozy and great location!

Clean, cozy, quiet condo super close to Main Street and gondola. Was perfect for our mother/son ski weekend. Bed was very comfortable and check/in check out was easy. Underground parking very convenient.

Great town, great host

All around incredible few days. The apartment had a great view, and was very comfortable. We look forward to squeezing into the bookings more often to get back to Telluride as our stay was in easy walking distance to some of our favorite places.

Amazing location!

Condo was in the perfect location at Telluride—within walking distance of everything. The gondola is a 3 min walk and you are a block away from the Main Street.

Excellent location but poor property mgmt / service

Short walk to the mountain, even in ski boots; stone throw to shops and restaurants. However apartment is dated and worse still, property mgmt Vacasa ignored our repeated messages. Their washer dryer combo is easily from the 80s…it takes two fully cycles to dry the clothes. And the lint filter was broken and another filter is literally stapled on top of the old one, creating a gap. The end result was 1) lint can’t be cleaned out creating a fire hazard and 2) garments could get caught in between which happened to us and tore two of our garments. I expressed the concern through both vrbo message and text message to Vacasa on day 2 of stay. I got one text back that said they have notified the local telluride team and another 5 days later (and 1 day before we check out) through vrbo that said there’s an open ticket. But nothing has been done. Very disappointed.

Condo is nice but WiFi didn’t work.

Nice downtown condo. But, WiFi did not work all week after multiple attempts to fix. Property manager was responsive but required provider to come on site. This was frustrating because we had to work during our vacation and lack of WiFi made it very difficult.

AMAZING

this condo is spacious and perfect for a weekend getaway. The hot tub was an added bonus because we were in town for the Imogene Pass Run. You cannot beat the location, quick walk to everything, including the gondola, the market, tons of food and drinking locations on main St. you can enjoy a coffee on the balcony overlooking the stunning views of the San Juan’s and “Popcorn Alley”. Would definitely return for another stay!

Great stay

Everything was as described in the listing. The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. There is a market 2 blocks away and the gondola is very close as well. The interior had everything we needed as well. Pretty nice view from the balcony also.

Location, location, location!

Great location for ski or summer! 1 block off the heart of downtown and 1.5 blocks from the gondola, which runs ski/summer! And great brewery/restaurant right out of the building's entrance! The unit itself does have the great view that the pic shows on the webpage. The unit is not plush by any means, but the value is that it is clean, in good condition, comfortable, priced right and location. AND IT HAS IT'S OWN PARKING garage on the ground floor...a huge plus in this town!!! Drawback...1 full bathroom is it. (and it's not a sharable sink) 2 people and a kid is prolly all you want to put in the unit...2 couples would be very tight and you'd have to have an abundance of patience for the bthrm. I will stay again there, so it is a good unit for my wife & I!
