What's nearby:
This location can't get much better if you are after full days of outdoorsy fun, as you will be less than a mile from the heart of Brian Head, and Brian Head Resort is just across the street. Brian Head Resort is Utah’s best kept secret-pure and simple, keeping winter sports fun and affordable with the lowest lift ticket prices for a full-service ski resort in Utah. There are virtually no lift lines so you can actually enjoy your time on the slopes. Brian Head has two mountains with eight chairlifts and terrain to fit almost any skier or boarder. Navajo Mountain is completely dedicated to beginners, with a ski school, beginner terrain park, and daycare. Winter months will obviously be spent skiing and snowboarding, yet warmer times of the year make ziplining, mini-golf, hiking, and mountain biking great ways to soak up some sunshine. Plus, Cedar Breaks National Park is also nearby that is home to a half-mile deep gorge and a display of Utah's famous red rock formations.

Nice Modern Mountain Retreat

Great townhouse across the street from Navajo lift. Home was clean and had nice amenities and plenty of entrainment space for families including multiple separate living areas. Full washer and dryer came in handy for towels after we used the hot tub overlooking a valley and Brian Head peak. Will stay again.

Family Ski Trip

Loved this condo! Plenty of space for our whole family. The condo was very clean. Beds comfy. We received 17” of snow which caused an issue with the tankless water heater venting properly. There was a technician there within the hour. Still made it to the slopes to enjoy the powder!

Great stay near Navajo

We stayed here for six nights in March for Spring break. Very nice townhouse, gets great louvet in the morning as well as in the late afternoon. The views are nice. There is a deck with a BBQ which we did not use because it was pretty cold. We were four, the main house is appropriate for a couple more people. It’s a very recent build so everything is in great shape. The garage is very convenient. Note that the hot tub is not accessible unless you rent the downstairs unit.

Amazing location

We came for a short, last minute getaway right before Christmas to ski. We were very pleased to see this property had availability and even more pleased when we arrived! It had everything we needed and more, plus almost instant access to the lifts (directly across the road and 4 minutes up the road). Beds were very comfortable, furnishings seemed brand new, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal/reheat local pizza leftovers (except for a dish towel, we had to use the paper towels and felt guilty about so much waste). We hope to come back - both in winter to ski and summer to try out mountain biking at Brian head!

Great potential with a little help

Great property but we had to do some cleaning, unloading of dishwasher and sweeping of floors. Some areas looked like they had not been swept or vacuumed. Great potential but need to manage cleaning crew.

New clean and trendy

The property was perfect if you plan to drive to the slopes or other locations within or around brianhead. I would definitely rent this home again. Everything was modern and new. Well maintained home and clean. I wish the instructions were more detailed and descriptive of the property. For example, the coffee maker can use keurig cups or brew grinds. When checking out the instructions from vacasa to start a load differed from the instructions on the card in the kitchen. I started a load of sheets instead of towels. Still don't know which was correct. The driveway is 1/2 the length of a car and can only fit a car if it's parked diagonally. There is plenty of garage space to fit a full sized truck.. Overall a great place for families. Nice Floorplan

Beautiful Townhouse in Brian Head

Great layout and conveniently located close to the slopes. Only drawback was we had to continually remove snow from the Space X Skylink about every 10-15 minutes during a snowstorm.

Wonderful Summer Stay

I loved the location; central to everything you can do in Brian Head. The house had everything you needed and more. The best part of the trip was with my kids at night, roasting marshmallows and making s’mores on the top deck. I would for sure stay here again

Great home close to the slopes

This house was great. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds which is always a plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Make sure to bring your food because Brian Head is a very tiny town and doesn't offer much as far as grocery or restaurants. We had a small issues: the garage door was broken and we couldn't access the garage (it was a big deal for us, but the management company worked with us and we were happy with the resolution. So you should now that the management company is available with any issues you might have). Overall, really happy with our stay.

Decent, but a few frustrations

The house is nice, new, clean, as advertised.... which made it pretty easy to feel at home there. But, we had a few problems that would likely lead us to choose another property for our next trip. 1) We couldn't control the temperature of the main floor of the house, and it was way too warm at times, uncomfortably so. It was explained that unless you rent the whole house, you won't have access to the bottom floor where the thermostat is. This wasn't good, and the property manager was vague about getting it fixed. This drawback was not something we knew about ahead of time. 2) One of the bedrooms had window shades that could not be closed. It was weird, and there was a remote control next to the blinds as if it were supposed to be automatically controlled, but it didn't work. When we messaged the property manager we got no response, which was frustrating. 3) The internet was good enough to watch netflix, but apparently wasn't stable enough to play Roblox reliably, which was frustrating to our child. Though perhaps this is typical of Starlink service in mountain towns. 4) When we were arriving the property manager explained that she had to wash one of the white comforters twice, and as a result it was still in the dryer. That was no big deal, we ran the dryer a few more times to dry it out. But what was unpleasant was that the blanket had a red/brown stain on it.... that was not cool. With a rental property, if you're going to give guests white blankets, make sure you have a backup plan for when one becomes stained.
