Modern Cozy Cabin

The cabin is a comfortable 1,000 square foot home with a large, fully-equipped kitchen and island. You'll find the island is perfect for cooking a wonderful locally-sourced meal and gathering around in the evening. Enjoy high-speed wifi, a large TV with streaming for your favorite movies and shows. There are two full-sized bathrooms; one with a tub for littles. You'll find a freezer for storing your catch in the summertime. The bedding is high quality with cozy sheets and duvets that you'll want to relax into at the end of a day exploring the island. With black-out curtains you'll actually get some zzzzs during the midnight sun.

great overnight stay
This place was very nice. There were 3 adults that stayed there with plenty of sleeping space and very comfortable kitchen and living room areas. Two nice bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. I would definately want to stay here again on my next visit to Kodiak.

A perfect "home base"
We were all very happy with this rental! The large, open kitchen was our gathering space while we planned all of our events on the whiteboard on the wall. There's a nice corner in the livingroom to relax and read if you have time or the weather "blows up". Neighborhood dogs would occasional swing by to say hello. It was comfortable and provided all we needed and more. I am already planning a trip back!

Fabulous
This is a wonderful Place to stay. Off the main road so very little traffic and quiet. Very well stocked kitchen which is so nice. Check that before you go to the store. Beds are comfortable. Very nice. I would recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The property was as promised. The cabin is in immaculate condition. This is by far the nicest place I have stayed in Alaska. Lots to do in Kodiak. Saw bears, foxes, deer, otters, whales and lots of eagles. Highly recommended.

Winderful family experience
We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Especially nice to have 2 bathrooms and a double sink in the master. It was furnished with spices and various things needed for cooking. Awsome!

Perfect Kodiak House
Adorable new house in great location of Kodiak. Stocked with everything you need for kitchen, bedrooms and bath. Even board games, toys and great selection of books. Stayed several places on Kodiak and this was my families favorite. Would highly recommend!

Everything went very smoothly. Hosts were very respectful of our privacy, plus they gave us a salmon our first day there! Only reason I didn’t mark 5 stars was b/c the owners live about 40’ away from the rental, so privacy was a bit less than expected, but they never bothered us at all, and we barely saw them.

Great new property about 10 minutes from town in a quiet neighborhood. Owners live next door and welcomed us upon arrival. If you’re visiting Kodiak, keep this one on your short list!

Great Clean Cabin!
This cabin is so adorable and very clean. Beds were comfortable and very spacious. Bathrooms were also spacious and had soft towels. Washer and dryer was good. Kitchen was big and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great. Quite neighborhood and overall a great cabin.

Great spot to stay in Kodiak
Cabin is so great, located at the end of a street. Very quiet. Clearly built with love, lots of details and attention to making it a beautiful cabin. Owners were great to work with, easy communication and available if we needed anything. Nothing is far - it's Kodiak. I would stay here again!

Comfortable living while away from it all
Great property with comfortable sleeping for 4 adult males, while chasing fish in the land of no sleep! Washer/dryer was a big plus for keeping vacation packing to a minimum; great knowledge of local fishery, and very helpful in being prepared for processing our catch. Quiet location, great conveniences for settling right in. When we come back this way, this property will be first on our list to see if it's available!
