Families in particular like to consider this small, cosy Baltic seaside resort their summer retreat. Schönhagen has around 1000 metres of fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, which seamlessly connects to the beach in Kappeln in the north and merges into a steep coast in the south. This development of comfortable holiday homes is located in the Baltic seaside resort of Schönhagen, far away from the noise of the city and directly behind the small beach promenade.



This house offers space and cosy functionality for large families or groups of friends. Whether it is stormy, snowing or the sun is shining - it is cosy in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the whirlpool or sauna and wonderful to sit on the terrace near the sea in summer. The house is in the 2nd row, so you have a partial sea view from here. The house has a modern wood-effect floor and a skylight shading system above the dining table, so that you can enjoy your meals there in complete relaxation even on particularly bright sunny days. There is a swing and sandpit for the children.



The house has particularly fast internet via fibre optics (200 mbit).
