Beautiful, 3 b/r, 2 full bath, incredibly maintained condo in the picturesque South Peak condominium complex. Open floor plan with high ceilings that offer gorgeous views, exceptional light and a view of the flowing river from your own private balcony. Washer/drier, central AC, wireless internet. Access to public fire pit, grill.

Master bedroom consists of king sized bed, tv. Master / large bathroom with separate shower and full tub.
Second bedroom has queen bed, tv; third 2 sets of bunk beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Beautiful Property in the South Peak area of Loon Mt

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and well appointed property at South Peak. It is even prettier in person. The owner is very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed prior to our stay. Thank you!

Perfect Family Home

A beautifully equipped home with everything our family of five could need. We appreciated the comfortable space, beautiful windows, games for the kids, and exceptional access to the mountain. Private Southpeak shuttle was very responsive - a phone call away. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Excellent Time

I spend alot of time in the Lincoln area and drove through the South Peak area about a year ago. When I saw the listing I jumped at the opportunity and it did not disappoint. The condo was spacious and clean, everything you would expect. It's in a great central area but away from Rt 112 enough that you can have peace. We will definitely be going back again.

Great place, very nice location to everything. The only thing I would of loved to have, which is usually at other properties that I’ve stayed is a vacuum cleaner. My family and I like to pick up after ourselves, a vacuum would have been handy. Would totally stay again, great place! Thanks, Jason

The perfect location and property!

My family of four and another family of four stayed at this property a few weeks ago. Everything described in the listing is 100% accurate. The space was the perfect size for the eight of us. We ate at the property almost every night. The kitchen has all the utensils, pots/pans, and accouterments you will need to make a feast. The property was spotless and updated. One of the best features is the proximity to the mountain. The Escape route from the South Peak is only a few hundred yards from the property. You can snowshoe up or skin up the mountain with the right skis. Although we were 1.5 miles from the main lodge, we never had to worry about getting back and forth. Pick up the phone, call the Loon Mountain Shuttle, and you will be picked up at the top of the driveway within 5-10 mins. When you are done skiing, call the same number and return hassle-free. The owner, David, was super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great place!

We had a great stay! The unit is super clean with plenty of supplies, sheets, towels, etc. The kids enjoyed the games and toys that kept them busy during down time. The location is close to everything. We would highly recommend this rental!

Great place in a great location.

The place was very spacious and clean. The deck is a nice place to sit and relax. The owner was very attentive to any questions we may have had. Location is perfect to the center of town and the river. Overall experience was great.

Great place at South Peak!!

We really enjoyed our stay! We noticed all the thoughtful details that was planned out for a family like ours. The kids always had something to do and were always occupied. The place was so clean and neat when we got there. Linens and towels were in great condition and plentiful. Thanks so much! All of these things and more were conducive to having a great trip! We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Perfect location to stay in the white mountains

This rental was perfect for our family. The property was very clean, quiet and spacious. We were close to the town center of Lincoln yet had views of the mountains and river. We were even able to cool down in the nearby river. Property had a garage that we could use to store our canoe and bikes when we were not using them! It was so comfortable with A/C for the hot days and fireplace for a cold rainy morning. Loved the closeness to the white mountains without the traffic of North Conway. Awesome place!!
