Welcome to our sublime 17 m2 studio located on the 1st floor without elevator in the heart of Paris, close to the Louvre, numerous restaurants and the center of the City of Lights. Our studio is designed to comfortably accommodate two people and offers modern facilities to make your stay enjoyable.
Private bathroom: You will have a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Air conditioning: For your comfort, the studio is air-conditioned, allowing you to regulate the temperature according to your preferences.

You can stroll on the famous Pont des Arts, "lovers' bridge", go shopping on rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, and reach Saint Germain des Prés, the Champs Elysées or the Jardin des Tuileries on foot
It is a very lively neighborhood thanks to its many pedestrian streets which provide access to many restaurants, these trendy bars;
