Great place in a great location!

We stayed here for the UC parents' weekend. It's in a perfect spot with lots of restaurants and things to do. I really enjoyed our stay here. And the place is clean, updated, and comfortable. Very cute!

Adorable, modern apartment in a fun and happening neighborhood. Walking distance to shopping, Findlay Market, dining & bars. I recommend for couples or a few girlfriends who would like to do some dining and shopping. Loved it!

Cute place!

This was such a cute little place to stay for a night out of state for an event! The location was a little confusing at first but once we found it, it was no problem getting there. Parking was a little weird. Owner was great at communicating with me and they were super helpful and kind!

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable

I loved how clean the space was, Somaly was very nice and responded promptly, the location is great if youre into downtown day and night life and the parking garage is about a 2 minute walk away. My favorite part is that even on a Friday night I didn't hear what was going on outside from insode the unit. I would stay again.

Just a great space. Clean! Updated, great location, Host was so attentive and communicated making sure we got in ok, if needed restaurant suggestions etc. Very good experience and would stay there again.

Great property!

We stayed in this property for one night when we were in OTR for a wedding. The location was great, the property is so clean and was exactly as pictured, and the communication with the host was the best that I have experienced. The parking is very difficult in that area, so it was such a bonus to have parking included. All the little extras - snacks, toiletries, etc. are a nice touch. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area again!

Great experience!

The location was fantastic and so welcoming and cozy! Our host gave us amazing tips for restaurants and bars and communicated effectively and timely. From the cleanliness to the snacks and coffee, extra toiletries and sound machines, everything was great!

Immaculate , well appointed condo in a cool, safe neighborhood. Anything you could possibly need within walking distance. Uber, when necessary never more than 5 minutes . Even on a Sunday morning to airport!!! Would highly recommend, and will definitely use when traveling to Cincinnati again!!!!

Fabulous Hidden Gem in the Heart of Cincy

This is a fantastic little condo, ideally located in the heart of everything. Somaly is an amazing host, super- responsive and accommodating. Her attention to detail is impressive - from the tasteful design of the condo (loved the hardwood floors and the "clean," modern furniture), and the cleanliness of everything, to the snacks and water bottles in the fridge (THANK YOU!). The unit is quiet and the neighbors lovely. We hope to return soon!

OTR Anniversary trip

My husband and I had a wonderful experience while in town for our anniversary and a family UC graduation from UC. This property was in a perfect location and we loved being able to walking to numerous restaurants, shops and bars. The apartment was very clean and modern and exactly what we were hoping for. The free parking garage access was a great perk! Somaly was very responsive to any questions or requests (almost instantaneous!). We would definitely stay again on a future visit. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Clean and Inviting

My sister and I stayed at this property while in Cincinnati for a concert. Somaly was incredibly easy to work with! Check in was a breeze and the space is so inviting! The owner though of EVERYTHING from a snack basket for hungry travelers to coffee and creamer to start our morning on the right foot! The property is convenient walking distance to tons of resturants, bars and entertainment establishments! We had the BEST TIME on our overnight sister getaway, and a huge part of our successful trip was booking with Somaly! Next time we are in Cincinnati we won't stay anywhere else!

Great condo in prime location

Property was lovely and very clean. Somaly was extremely detailed with instructions and suggestions which made check in, parking and getting around the area very easy. We enjoyed shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and took the street car downtown. The included parking was a real plus. Extras such as coffee, creamer, water, and toiletries, makeup mirror and hair dryer were much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional, although there was no ice maker, contrary to the listing. Even some ice cube trays would have been helpful. It was not clear from the listing that the unit was on the third floor and required climbing 2 flights of stairs (not 2 steps). It was not a problem for us but could be for some. We would definitely stay here again.

Over the Rhine anniversary trip

From the beginning Somaly was responsive and went out of his way to make our trip easy and comfortable. I had mentioned we were visiting to celebrate our one-year anniversary and he provided us with a bottle of wine from our hometown. The little details did not go unnoticed. He had a basket of items that may have been forgotten in the bathroom and a basket of snacks on the kitchen countertop. The appearance and cleanliness of the condo was exactly as pictured and described. His details on the check in and check out process were thorough and seamless. He was flexible with our requests and quick to respond to messages. We would most definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Cincinnati again!

Great Stay in OTR

My husband and I had a wonderful experience while in town for a Bengals game and to celebrate our anniversary. This property was in a perfect location and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and modern and exactly what we expected from the description. Having access to a secure parking garage was definitely a plus! We will definitely stay again when we come to town for Bengals games in the future. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

Excellent place in OTR with parking!

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet place in the center of the OTR area w/parking included and convenient nearby, look no further! The host has everything covered in this cozy unit. My husband and I spent 2 nights here while we explored. Everything needed is located nearby and the Cincinnati connector is free and easy to hop on and off to get to those further locations. Loved our stay. Would definitely return.

Perfect place! Hospitable Hosting!

Somaly was informative, attentive and responsive from booking to check out. Available, accessible without being over bearing. The upkeep of the property was wonderful. The tucked away feel of the property and the convenience of the location were a great combination for a quick tourist weekend in the city. Nice shops and restaurants all around. Minutes from the stadium and museums and other hotels. I’d definitely book again when in Cincinnati. I had a wonderful renting experience!

Perfect location in OTR.

This was our second stay at this property in 3 months. Stayed for 6 nights. Great restaurants & bars within minutes away. Loved walking around Washington Park. Despite being near all the nightlife, the property is mostly quiet. Only suggestion would be to add a comfortable chair to sit in living room. Otherwise perfect.

Super cute and clean.

We stayed overnight in Cinci for a concert. My first time there! The place is perfect for 4 people. We used the blow up bed and folding couch in addition to the bed. I was a little confused about “check-in” but that is because I am new to travel. There wasn’t really a check-in process, just literally getting into the room is all it is. Otherwise, lots of instructions were available from the host. Be sure to read it all. Loved the free parking in the parking garage. Would stay again for sure!

Beautiful Place, Responsive Owner, Ideal Neighborhood

My family and I loved our stay at this property. The apartment is right in the center of a fun neighborhood in Cincinnati. Despite the area being busy, the owner guided us on how to check in, unload our bags, grab the parking pass and park in the garage in a seamless manner that took all of 5 minutes. The apartment is set back from the busy street so it is quiet and peaceful. The place was clean and comfortable, and the owner also supplied a welcome snack basket which my kids loved. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the kids shared the double air mattress without any issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and would stay here again if we return soon!

OTR condo

Enjoyed our stay in OTR though my husband was hesitant due to the past crime in the area. The building is secure & I never felt unsafe. Great restaurants within walking distance - loved Pepp & Dolores & The Eagle. Also a great donut shop across the street. Parking is a short walk away. The condo is clean & functional. Though there are 2 flights of stairs (18 steps) each , so pack accordingly. The less bags the better. We checked out early in the morning & were able to get a spot right in front to load up our stuff. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Location, Lovely Space

My daughter and I celebrated her 16th birthday with one of her friends and stayed here. The location was perfect, we were right next to wonderful restaurants and cute shops. The condo was immaculate and perfect for us. After an afternoon of exploring shops and then a delicious dinner, we got ice cream at Graeters and went "home" to watch movies. I retired early in the bedroom after setting up the air mattress provided by the hosts in the living room. The girls stayed up late enjoying snacks and more movies in the kitchen and living room. The parking pass for the garage was easy: we arrived early and parked on Vine while we explored. After we could check-in we went to the unit, got the pass and moved the car. I made reservations for brunch the morning we left. So we took our belongings to the car in the garage, moved the car back to Vine Street parking, and dropped the garage pass in the unit as we walked by on our way to the restaurant. The hosts are wonderful and provide great, easy to follow instructions. We had no trouble accessing the unit or the garage. The unit was stocked with everything we could possibly have wanted, from coffee, water, and snacks to the softest towels and linens we have ever used! You will have a wonderful stay in this lovely condo!

Perfect business lodging

I tried a rental property instead of a hotel for a business trip to Cincy. The host was absolutely wonderful. She was extra responsive. The property was in a great location and very roomy.
