Take a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of life and slow down at this gorgeous condo sitting in the quiet, yet charming Carillon Beach. Boasting three spacious bedrooms and an open layout, this home can easily accommodate your entire group, making it ideal for a family getaway or beach vacation with friends! Though you will be within walking distance of delicious local cuisine, the full kitchen will allow the chef of the group to take advantage of a gas range and granite countertops for easy meal prep each day. After a day on the sand or a pool day with the gang, head back to home base and enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony as the sun goes down. With flatscreen TVs in each room and comfortable furnishings throughout, nights can be spent watching a favorite show as everyone finds their favorite spot to relax. Plus, the free WiFi will make sharing favorite memories with loved ones back home a breeze!

Perched on Carillon Market Street, you won't have to venture far to grab a cup of coffee or bite to eat from Our Little Beach Cafe, Phat Crab, or Gratify! When it's time to head out for the day, there are unlimited options for guests to choose from! For some fun on the water, rent a paddleboard or kayak and paddle out into Powell Lake, as lake access is just across the street from home base. For a picnic on the beach, walk in the opposite direction and you will find the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. If hiking is up your alley, Camp Helen State Park offers an extensive trail system that will give each guest a unique perspective of the coastline. Plus, a trip to the famous Pier Park is just under eight miles away for all of your shopping needs!

The Vacasa office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Great Get Away

We loved the house. It was very clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and the living room accommodated 6 of us comfortably. We were close to a huge pool and the walk to the beach was not bad. The communication was excellent and it was easy to rent a golf cart. It is such a cute, quaint community with lots to do. We had a great time!!

Comfort at the beach

When we first walked in we were greeted with soaring ceilings, comfy rugs and beautiful light fixtures. As a family of 7, we were thankful for so many comfortable beds. The condo was equipped for comfort with cozy bedding and plenty of pillows. The seating in the family room was one of the reason we chose this condo, some of the other places we looked at had plenty of beds but then didn’t have the room for everyone to sit down together for a game or dinner. Sunrise 101 did not disappoint. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and grilled out one night too. The patio was a great place each morning to enjoy coffee and a book and a great place to catch the sunset over the lake. We enjoyed watching the large turtles in the lake and my boys loved spending downtime throwing a line into the lake. This condo was an easy walk to the beach and to the nearby heated pool over by the houses. We rented bikes and enjoyed walking around and admiring the architecture. We enjoyed Lake Powell Pizza too.. convenient location right in Carillon and the staff were so friendly and the food tasted great too. We were grateful to watch our team play there on the big screen! We love that Carillon is such a private community it feels safe and just like a good old classic Florida vacation. We’re here for the experience of being together at the beach, enjoying the local cusisine and just shutting off everyday life.. but it’s also located near so many tourist areas of the panhandle that are an easy drive away if you want that too.. Which is great when you have a few teenagers in the mix. While in town we enjoyed the Farmer’s Market in Rosemary to stock our condo for our stay and being so close to Publix and Winn Dixie is a plus. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their piece of paradise with my family.

Great condo

We booked for the christmas holidays. we had 3 generations and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Condo was very spacious. Would love to come back. Also a really good location. Publix across the street and close to 30-A shops and restaurants.

Almost, But not quite.

Upon first glance it was very nice, all we had hoped for. Then we settled in and found all of the things that were wrong with this condo. Let me continue by saying the location is nearly perfect and overall the amenities, awesome. But the condo was in a bit of disrepair. Of the 3 1/2 Baths there were 4 leaking faucets, The wall mounted TV in Bedroom 3 was being held up by 3 braces screwed in around the wall mount. Several lights and/or fixtures were broke and glued back together or not assembled correctly. The front wall in Bedroom 1 showed water damage and had black mold, also the Outside Door in Bedroom 1 DID NOT LOCK! Also the built in Ice Machine has black mold. The shower in Bedroom 2 was missing 1 of the 2 shower doors. Also if you are not in the homes around Carillon lake you are not permitted to drive a vehicle to the beach access. It says as part of the advertisement for this unit that you can drive a Golf cart up to the beach entrance, But the Entrances all say no Golf cart Parking. I gave this 3 stars because it met the needs we had, but for the price that was paid, this condo should have been in much better condition. We stopped by the Vacasa office on 2 occasions during posted hours and no-one was in the office.

Beautiful home!

This was the cleanest and most beautiful vacation home we have stayed in. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 teens. The five minute walk to the beach was easy. The lakeside patio was my favorite space to sit and drink my coffee, read, and relax. The only inconvenience was the lack of showers or hoses to rinse of with at the beach access, small inconvenience for such a lovely stay though.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

Sunrise 101 was a comfortable vacation spot for our party of 5 adults. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy and proximity to the pool was a welcome surprise.

We loved the condo we stayed but vacasa needs to change their cleaners this is the second time we stay in a vacasa manage property and not good , we found in this property all dirty towels inside the washer and we had to wash them so we could have clean towels I reported and was told that we ere going to get clean towels but nobody ever came to bring them

Great week at the beach

We were very pleased with the property and the condo. The condo was very large and the decor was beautiful. The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars was because the internet was pretty bad and we had one guest working remotely that had inconsistent connection. Overall though we had such a wonderful stay and really were comfortable. We will definitely be back to the neighborhood!

Perfect location!! Great family atmosphere!! Listing says it has cable tv but it doesn’t so if you want to watch tv have a device that can stream to a tv. Other than that is was the BEST week ever!!

Could Be Fabulous

This is a beautiful home unfortunately it is in need of maintenance!! There was 8 vertical blind panels missing from the 2 living-room sliders. The ice did not dispense from the refrigerator. The housekeeping was so subpar that they sent them back after we were there. Mold on master shower that apparently won’t clean off of grout. We came prepared for a keureg and only had the cleaning solution. The back patio area had not been cleaned in months, bugs and debris everywhere! Separate ice machine did not work at all and even had mold growing on the inside.

Perfect for our family

This is a very spacious unit with high end amenities and a great location within Carillon. Close to pools, food, bike rentals, walking. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You will not be disappointed.
