Basic arrangements
We spent 5 days here. We chose this location to try something different in HH and save some money. Our expectations were middle of the road. We were underwhelmed with this unit. A few items:
1. The unit was very loud from folks above and next door.
2. The unit is in need of some actual renovations rather than just paint and floor. In the bedroom with two beds one of the walls was completely warped due to previous water damage and painted over.
3. All the HVAC vents are rusted over and some even had mold on them.
4. The faucet in the kitchen was broken and only provided hot water
5. There is not a ton of storage for clothing in unit. If you are there for more than 3 days you will be living out of your suitcase.
6. The “master” bedroom toilet had issues with running nonstop. Had to address many times during stay.
Overall this unit provided us with what we needed. Place to sleep and enjoy the beach. The resort itself is fine.
I really wish the description of the unit was more accurate as well as the owner did a better job with updating the unit and provided a better level of upkeep. To be fair we did not contact the owners as issues other than faucet and toilet were not going to be something fixed during our stay. From my perspective what we paid for this unit is the low end going rate but was not at all worth it.
