This beautiful one bedroom 1100 sqft non-smoking suite on the Granbury Historic Square has 2 King bed and can sleep 4 adults. Full kitchen with skylight and dining table that seats 6 people. Living room with couch and chairs. This is truly a high end loft with private entry, shared by only one other suite. Washer and Dryer in hallway. All the modern amenities including high end mattresses, fast wifi and SMART TV. You are steps from all the square entertainment, Granbury Live, the Opera House, Restaurant and shopping. It is also walking distance to Granbury Lake Beach . Children are welcome

Quick weekend getaway

This property is an ideal location, right on the square. That made it perfect for shopping and dining by just going downstairs and out the door. There is a long flight of stairs, straight up, to access the unit. We saw this info the day before our stay in a review. The listing does say must be able to climb stairs but needs to be more detailed. I had back surgery in Sept with some current issues still lingering. If I was in any worse shape, I would not have been able to climb up and down to go to/from the unit. The unit next door was occupied with 2 young kids. The walls are very thin so it was very loud in our unit from the kids and parents. Keep in mind that the unit is very old, most all original space, not

This is the perfect location right on the square if you're there for the restaurants, shopping and night life. The only downside is, it is a very long flight of stairs up to the unit so plan accordingly when packing your luggage. All in all, we'd def stay here again if ever in Granbury.

Beautiful Place!

This was a great place to stay! I highly recommend this place. Just be aware if staying on the weekend there may be loud music! The bar below us was playing music outside Friday & Saturday nights. We were not expecting that, but it was good music so we didn’t mind. We loved having restaurants, which were all great, and boutique shopping right there! The beds were very comfy, and it was very clean! Carolyn was very quick to respond with any questions I had.

Absolutely Wonderful

Fantastic accommodation with all the amenities we needed. There is not a better location to enjoy the restaurants, shops and activities of Granbury. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive. We will definitely be returning.

Ink master weekend

Came down to Granbury for the Ink Master show and stayed in this awesome place. Super clean, very well done and a great location to everything in and around the square. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great stay, great host

I spent two weeks at this property and felt fortunate to do so. Carolyn was helpfully communicative before and during the stay. I had to extend my stay twice due to unforeseen circumstances, but she made it all very easy. The property itself is nice, new, comfortable, and clean, with everything needed for an extended stay. Great location right on the Granbury square. Highly recommend.

Great weekend get a way

Very nice upstairs loft in the square. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed amazing massages at Serenity Massage. Everything we needed was right there on the square.

Heart of the square

Lovely apartment, has everything you need. Nightly music you don’t even have to leave the place. All the eating and shopping places right outside your door.

So cute…so loud

We absolutely loved this place when we checked in and have actually stayed here twice. This time there was a concert going on in the music venue right below the apartment. It was so incredibly loud. It sounded like we were right up next to the band throughout the whole apartment. I would definitely check the schedule at the saloon down a few doors down before your stay and make sure there isn’t a concert if you need any sort of rest. It’s a bummer too because we LOVE this location!

Great location!

We had the best time! Bar behind the loft had live music! We went both nights, really enjoyed it. Right in the middle of the square, didn’t have to drive anywhere. Good shopping, restaurants and bars all walking distance.

Fun place and great location!!!

Easy to walk around. Spacious and clean. Just as indicated online but even more roomy than expected!!! Little loud by bedroom in evenings, but we slept great regardless!! Would definitely stay again!

AWESOME PLACE TO STAY

This is on of the best places we have stayed , the location was better than awesome. Carolyn is an amazing host, everything was better than pictures can show. Perfect place for a relaxing weekend getaway, right on the downtown square.

Very clean, well furnished and comfortable bed. Convenient and perfect for walking to restaurants, wine bars, live music and just hanging out on the square. Parked our car when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere until it was time to go.

Great location

Very nice, bed was comfortable, everything you need is within walking distance. Never even moved my truck. Loft was very well decorated and shower was great. Would recommend to anyone planning a trip. Oh host was very nice and easy to deal with.

Perfect Location!

My daughter and I adored this spot. The location on the square is perfect, and she (a music major) was thrilled to listen to the live music from the bar behind us in the evenings. It only lasted until about 11:30 so we were happy to have a front seat to the fun!

Beautiful but loud

This property was clean and oh my gosh so beautiful. The listing said two bathrooms but there was only one. Owner was amazing and very responsive when I asked questions. The only downside is that it is RIGHT next to a stage where they play loud loud music on the weekends until 11pm. If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked this place with two toddlers. Honestly without kids it’s the perfect spot.

Great Location

This is a great place for all things Granbury Square. Be aware there is live music that is right outside the bedroom window until about 11:00 p.m. We knew this going in so it wasn't a problem at all. It was exactly as advertised. A perfect weekend get a way!

We loved Dreams and Memories. It was perfect with the perfect location!

We loved staying at Dreams and Memories in Granbury’s Historic District! We went for a short girls trip and had the best time. Loved the location so we could walk to shopping and restaurants! Also loved the way it was decorated!! We will definitely be back snd would love to stay here again!!

We wanted to share what we love about Granbury Square. Where you can walk across the street to Granbury Live Theater or The Granbury Opera House for a play. Or just enjoy the music from the local wine bars and pubs.

This suite is beautifully decorated with beautiful furniture and painting. I take pride in making sure our rooms are thoroughly cleaned along with sheets, comforter and towels . We wipe all handles and knobs with disinfectant after each guest.
