A Beautiful, spacious beach getaway for you, your family and friends, in highly sought after Emerald Isle. Relax and enjoy views of both the ocean and the sound. Ideal for families and friends!

You are welcomed to the unit on the second floor, which features a sitting area with pullout queen sofa, desk and full size washer/dryer. This area is the ideal bonus space for kids to eat lunch after a nice day at the beach, enjoy books and games that are provided or ideal for working from ‘home’. This floor is also home to both guest rooms - one with a queen bed and one with with bunk beds (twin on top, full on the bottom). Both rooms feature smart TVs and share a private deck. The bunk room features an en suite bath. An additional large, tiled full bath is on this level as well.

When you make your way to the top level you’ll arrive to an open concept, large 3rd floor living/kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen and 10-foot deck overlooking Bogue Sound. On this deck you'll find outdoor seating, a gas firepit and gorgeous sunset views! Down the hall you'll arrive at the primary suite, boasting a newly appointed king size bed, en suite with dual sinks, separate jetted tub and walk-in shower. The master suite also features a smart TV, spacious walk-in closet and a private 10-foot deck overlooking the ocean.

The ground level features an outdoor shower and a massive garage which can be used for covered parking or a shaded game area. Here, you'll find foosball, corn hole, giant jenga, a large propane grill and beach chairs/wagon and sand toys.

The three-story home is a duplex (side by side) but features divided porches for privacy. Ocean and sound views from 4 large decks!

Nearest beach access is only 0.5miles on Ocean Drive. Just a 3-4 minute walk to the ocean side beach. The sound is located just across the street behind Flip Flops clothing store.

A Perfect Stay!
Diana and Mott’s property is wonderful! I made this my home for a month! Short walk to beach. Right off of Emerald Drive for ease to getting anywhere. Short walk to Ocean Drive for safe outdoor walking. You can see and hear the ocean as well as see the sound with decks on both sides for relaxing Home was comfortable with all amenities necessary available.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful.The location was amazing and the hosts were very helpful and supportive when needed. We had a 3-year-old in the home with us and there were plenty of extra toys for her. It was also very nice to have the beach supplies. We loved everything about the home and what it offered, we would definitely recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay - Better Than Advertised
The home is very clean, very quiet, and conveniently located. The layout was very conducive to having the family together during the day and evening, but it was nice having the master bedroom upstairs and the others downstairs. Communication with the hosts was excellent. Beautiful views of both the ocean and the sound. Highly recommend this home.

We had a great time and there was plenty of room for us. Everything was as described. We brought our own chairs and towels but everything was available for us to use if needed. The walk to the beach was just around the block. We found the guest book to be useful and found several other things to do while we were there because of the brochures in the book. Beds were comfy, showers were a very nice size, kitchen was stocked with almost anything you’d need to cook. Thank you for sharing your home. It was a much needed break and very good family time. Thank you again!

Race Day Getaway
A few friends & I were in town for a bike race and this was an awesome place for our group. Clean, beautiful, and lots of extras for us. It was super easy to walk to the beach and having that outdoor shower came in handy a few times! We had one tiny issue and the hosts went above & beyond to fix it. Pretty close to the perfect place to stay on Emerald Isle. We’ll be back!

Great property and very responsive owner
We were down for the weekend during TS Ophelia to meet other family members staying close by. Property was very clean and spacious. Lost power for a few hours due to the storm and the owners kept us updated. Overall great stay.

Ideal beach retreat
Immaculately, we’ll appointed property a short walk to the beach. They’ve thought of everything; multiple verandas, games, books, tvs in every room, a huge garage filled with games and beach accessories and with a convenient store walking distance to the home. The best part was that every bedroom had its own bathroom so getting ready for dinner after a day at the beach was quick and easy. The aquarium is ten minutes away and there are several good restaurants nearby. The owners were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Week!
We loved this house! Was very spacious for 8 adults and a 3 year old. The house was stocked with lots of extras that most properties don't have. We had perfect weather everyday and played some new games they provided every night. You can get a great view of the sunrise & the sunset! It also has a perfect access to the EI walking/biking trail. We will definitely stay here again on our next EI vacation!

Amazing stay!
This property was fantastic! It was so clean and spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room. The closest sizes were great and provided plenty of room to store our things. The amount of bath and beach towels provided were awesome. There were tons of board games, toys, activities in the garage…we had one rainy day and it all kept our kids occupied. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Perfect duplex for a family vacation
This was our second stay at this property, and it met our needs perfectly. We were traveling with our three children, and they loved having their own level of the house. The home is spacious, well-equipped, and beautiful! We like dine out while on vacation; and the location of this home is convenient to both Swansboro and Beaufort.

Shore to please surely did please
Our stay was great! The house was exactly as advertised! Location was amazing, even with a toddler and one under 4, our walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes. Communication with the host was great. We ran into one issue late at night. They messaged me back within minutes and had the issue resolved the next day! When we come back to Emerald Isle, I will definitely look for this house again!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked in the kitchen. Weather kept us inside mostly and we enjoyed doing puzzles, watching movies and cooking. Very accommodating hosts!!!
