Devonshire 109 is a charming, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in Port Royal Village with a lovely view of the lagoon and golf course. You will enter the villa from the unassigned community parking lot by taking 3 steps up to the front porch. Once inside, you'll find that this villa is charmingly decorated and has vinyl plank wood flooring. The living room is well furnished and has a TV, ample seating, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. There are several chairs for lounging and a table and chairs on the patio. The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare daily meals. The dining area has a table with seating for four and an outdoor table for additional seating.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The first bedroom has a TV, access to the covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and access to a hall bathroom that features a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a TV, access to the covered balcony overlooking the lagoon and golf course, and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.

Property Highlights:
The community pool is not heated and is open April-October. The pool deck is open year-round for sunbathing.

Nice quiet location very dated condo

This condo needs major repairs to one of the bathroom floors. A water leak has loosened the tile and a strong musty smell is evident in the bedroom attached. The furniture is stained and the floors had not been mopped. Location is very quiet and very safe. The local beach is very small during high tide.

Nice location, dated.

We rented two condos in this complex. This condo's dryer did not work during our 7 day stay. Management did come out but nothing was done to fix the dryer. We had to use the dryer in the other condo. There were what looked like roaches in the kitchen but I was told they were palmetto bugs and they did come and spray for them. The beds were not very comfortable and the sofa bed was dirty, had stains on the mattress cover, crumbs and a spoon, when we opened it up to use. There was a small fridge to the right when you walk in. The little freezer in it wasn't usable, frozen off, we did keep drinks in the lower part. The air conditioner did not work on the right side the first night but management did send some one to repair it the next day. We did enjoy the view from the back balcony of the golf course. There was a creek and we saw a couple of alligators and a crane. It was a five to ten minute walk to the beach. We did like the location. The swimming pool was nice and not too far from our room.

Great beach and pool access, but updates needed inside

When we select a vacation property, we're looking primarily for proximity to the ocean and occupancy that meets our family needs. From that criteria, this property checked the boxes - it was a nice 5-10 minute walk to the beach without being in an overpopulated area. The pool was great as well! That said, there is plenty of room for improvement within the property - the bathrooms are in need of attention.. in one of them, the toilet paper holder was off the wall and floor tiles were cracked / loose. This is certainly personal preference, but the king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Additionally, if you are planning to cook in at all, please note the kitchen supplies are VERY limited - there were no pot holders or oven mitts which made getting things out of the oven a bit toasty.

As Advertised

Devonshire 109 was as advertised. The location was quiet with a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and an on-site pool just a minute away. It is furnished well, and the kitchen has everything that you need. I would recommend Devonshire 109 to anyone looking for a quiet spot to stay while in Hilton Head.

Roomy and Nice

The condo was nicely decorated and very spacious. There were 4 but we could have had 6 with a king sized bed and 2 queens. The area was nice and the pool was close. It was a 12 minute walk to the beach.

Perfect location

The unit was perfect for two couples. Clean and plentiful dishes, pans, utensils. Easy walk to beach and great paths for bike riding. The unit overlooked the creek and golf course and had a nice porch for relaxing. Some things were a bit dated, but certainly served our needs without any problems. Washer and dryer were appreciated.

Loved the condo. Perfect size for our family. Wish it was a little closer to beach but we didn’t have any problem getting there. Great view from the back porch. All in all awesome trip!

June 2018 Stay

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for 20+ years, and normally stay with my parents but this time circumstances were such that we needed additional space at a different location. The unit was clean, well appointed, and had all the necessary items for a week’s stay. The deck/low balcony spanning the back of the unit, complete with rocking chairs was a pleasant surprise and we spent many evenings relaxing there. The extra hallway in the second bedroom was perfect for storing our road bikes safely inside (not beach rental bikes). Rental company was easy to work with and unit is within walking distance to the beach.

Nice unit for family

The unit was clean and accommodating for our family. Was reasonably close to the pool. Came with an hour of tennis court time per day which was nice for the tennis players in our family. The distance to the beach was a little further than we had expected but that seems to be the norm for most of the properties in that area unless you are beachfront. We rented bikes and enjoyed their convenience. The beds were very hard if you like hard beds. The laundry equipment is nice that was in the unit.
