Located at an altitude of 1800 meters, Le Balcon des Airelles is a beautiful wood and stone residence offering a magnificent panorama of the valley, the larch forest and the surrounding massifs.

Right in the geographical center of the Orres 1800 resort, it is ideally located opposite the tourist office, and the ESF and ESI offices and just a few steps from the departures of the slopes and hiking trails. The daycare center will also only be a few hundred meters away to drop off your toys.

There you will find modern and pleasant accommodation ranging from 4 to 10 beds, all with a balcony overlooking the valley or the slopes and peaks.

Le Balcon des Airelles has a beautiful heated indoor swimming pool which will welcome young and old non-skiers. The swimming pool is only open in season, this summer from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and this winter from 12/07/2024 to 04/12/2025.

The residence also has several underground parking spaces available for rental if necessary.

Accommodation:
This 37 m² 3-room apartment, facing south west, is located slightly back from the central square of the Orres 1800 station for a quiet stay.
It has an entrance with storage, a living room with equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a balcony offering a view of the larches and the peaks of La Mazelière . To stay connected during the holidays, you will appreciate the fiber optic internet access that this accommodation benefits from.
For sleeping, you will find a 140 x 190 cm convertible sofa in the living room, two 80 x 190 cm bunk beds, as well as a 140 x 190 cm double bed in the bedroom, for a total sleeping capacity of 6 persons.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snack bars and restaurants, but also from the departures of the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from the mountain bike trails and the first hiking trails.
