First time in Bali...

We had an awesome time for our first visit to Bali. The villa was just as described and very comfortable, location very peaceful. Great communication with the villa owners and manager throughout the whole process, could not fault it. Every query I had was answered straight away. Good selection of restaurants near by, easy acces to taxis to get you around and only 10mins (by taxi) to seminyka village . Overall great experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

A little piece of paradise away from chaos

The villa is hard to find at first because it is completely hidden away from any road or busy area. The villa is very well set up with everything you need and very comfy. Everything is opened plan which give a great sense of space. The highlight is the pool, of course, which is just what you need after a full day exploring. Anna, the lady on the ground, is very helpful and the poolman comes in everyday to clean the pool. The house is 5 min walks from the shops and 7 min to the main road in Seminyak. The beach is further away, but still walking distance of about 40 min. Amazing stay. Far better here than in a hotel or house by the beach, which is a busy area. The house is so quiet it's heaven! Definitely will come back. Thank you so much for having us. You made our trip to Bali a memorable one.

Great Service

Unfortunately due to volcanic ash, our trip to Bali was cancelled and we were not able to stay in this beautiful villa. However, Cécile was extremely kind and refunded our money. It was super easy booking this villa and communication with Cécile was effortless. I highly recommend this villa and will definitely stay here when I travel to Bali. Thanks again Cécile.

Peaceful quiet and relaxing haven

Communication for booking was excellent. I had direct contact with Anna who will look after you. Full of smiles and very welcoming and helpful. The villa is situation a little out of the hustle and bustle which is a positive. I would recomend downing loading Grab for taxis we saved a lot of hassel and money., direct them after the school. The villa was everything we hoped for, it was perfect in every way. It was private, clean and just lovely. We used the cooker hob for making eggs for breakfast and ate out in the evening. You can walk into centre but for a little amount such as 17K you can get there quicker without a walk. Do not use regular taxi they charge at least 50K! Double six beach perfect to sit with a drink, great band and music a different feel to Seminyak beach area only 10 min drive from villa due to traffic. Always try Warang Nai and Balkan bbq grill and cocktails, see tripadvisor reviews. Thank you for such a lovely stay in this villa.

situation au calme sans etre trop loin de la plage et de la ville

maison sympatrique , claire , chambres spacieuses , literie de bonne qualité au calme sans être trop loin de la plage et de la ville , besoin impératif d 'un moyen de locomotion LES + Accueil chaleureux de Anna qui a été présente à l 'arrivée , au départ et pour les petits services (location scooter , taxi , gaz , eau potable etc ) très disponible . Vous pouvez compter sur sa présence si besoin ! LES - des " broutilles " piscine un peu petite (3.50/5.50) mais suffisante pour nous deux pas d 'eau chaude dans la cuisine ?? là aussi pas spécialement rédhibitoire car nous avons très peu dîné a la maison Propreté vaisselle et cuisine à notre arrivée , mais rien de rédhibitoire là aussi , au final ces trois points qui pour deux au moins peuvent être réglés sans grands moyens , pour la taille de la piscine j 'avoue qu 'elle parait plus grande sur la photo , mais encore une fois elle nous a entièrement satisfait . Pour résumer , satisfaits de notre location ...

Jolie villa 2 chs 2sdb sans vis à vis et hyper au calme . Tout à proximité et la mer à 5mm en scoote

Nous avons passé un mois dans cette jolie villa . Un havre de paix et néanmoins à proximité de tout et à 5mm de la mer en scooter. Point de départ idéal pour les visites : tanah lot, uluwatu, ubud......

Lovely accommodation

We had a very nice stay in this very clean en great accommodation. Anna was very friendly and we had a warm welcome. Location was great but hard to find for taxidrivers. We gave the adres of the nearby situated hotel and walked the last minute. Thanks for having us in this beautiful house in a perfect, quiet, location.

15 jours de bien être !

Un vrai petit coin de tranquillité au milieu de la vie tumultueuse des balinais. Les photos sont conformes au bien loué. La literie des chambres est très confortable et nous avons adoré les salles de bains en extérieur. A proximité : laverie, salons de massages, magasins de première nécessité et petits restaurants. En conclusion : pas d'hésitation !

Perfect location, in-town assistant is kind and efficient, clean, beautiful private pool.

The villa was a perfect place to spend a week in Bali. The location was quiet and peaceful, away from the hectic atmosphere of seminyak but also within walking distance to many of the area's best restaurants and shops. Taxis are very inexpensive to get to the beaches (less than $2 USD one way to go anywhere in seminyak/kuta/petitenget). The villa's helper Anna is an excellent concierge, reachable by SMS or WhatsApp for housekeeping requests, booking cars, renting motorbikes, etc. she always replied quickly. Owners are kind and communicative, easy to book. The bedrooms are the only indoor rooms with air conditioning -- fine with us but just keep in mind you will need insect repellent in the rest of the villa such as bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Outdoor ceiling fans helped keep mosquitoes away. Villa includes a safe drinking water dispenser which was very useful and convenient. Nice supermarket walking distance. The pool was the real highlight -- clean and sparkling, sunny, and totally private with no one able to see in. There were sunny and shady areas to lounge around when not in the pool. Beds were comfortable and A/C was dependable and strong. We would return to this villa again! Very good value for the price.

Magnifique villa fonctionnelle, un havre de paix

Le premier gros avantage c'est que le propriétaire jean pierre vit en France. J'ai pu avoir un premier contact téléphonique avant de réserver puis plusieurs échanges par mail par la suite. Il est très réactif et m'a donné beaucoup de bons tuyaux pour notre séjour car il connais bien Bali forcément ;) C'est déjà rassurant de voir que les propriétaires sont joignable et en plus très serviable. Le jour de notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par la merveilleuse Anna, c'est vraiment la rencontre coup de coeur de notre séjour. Elle nous a accueilli comme si elle recevait un membre de la famille. Tout au long du séjour elle nous a donné les bonnes adresses et les bons contacts pour ne pas tomber dans les arnaques touristiques. Elle s'est même occupé de notre réservation de scooter qu'elle a apporté directement à la Villa. Les propriétaires ont vraiment de la chance de l'avoir elle est honnête, gentille, serviable et tellement rigolote... Concernant la villa il y'a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. La piscine est grande le salon ouvert sur la piscine est confortable, la literie est de qualité, la clim très puissante, la wifi de bonne qualité, les salles de bain sont immenses... bref rien à dire c'est parfait. Le personnel vient faire le ménage tous les 2 jours en toute discrétion. Les propriétaire ont laissé un carnet avec de bonnes adresses près de la villa ou plus loin avec resto, massage, traiteur, taxi, etc... J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce détail très utile quand on ne connais rien de Bali. Lorsque j'ai entamé mes recherches de villa sur séminyak, je me suis retrouvé confronté à trop de choix et complètement perdu. Finalement je suis très contente d'avoir choisi la villa Cécile, vous pouvez réserver les yeux ferme vous serez agréablement surpris.

Our paradise amongst chaos

While Bali may occur as the place to meditate and relax, it is actually chaotic. I was so happy I rented this house with my sister. While at the centre of it all (great location), it is hidden from the busy life and you can truly relax after a busy day. The facilities are amazing, the house is perfect, SUPER clean (I am a clean freak myself). I highly recommend. I cant wait to go back. THANK YOU, you made our stay in Bali memorable.

PARFAIT !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour loin du bruit et de la frénésie de Kuta. La villa est parfaitement entretenue , trois fois par semaine par Wayan pour le ménage et Wijawa pour la piscine et le jardin. L'accueil tout en sourire et gentillesse d'Anna , qui donne quelques conseils et astuces pour la découverte de l'ile et qui de plus reste disponible tout au long du séjour. Ne changez rien tout est au TOP ! Une très bonne adresse que l'on souhaite partager.

Vacances magiques !

Petit coin de paradis dans une petite rue au calme. le jardin est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et très confortables. La cuisine est pratique et très bien équipée! la villa est décorée avec beaucoup de charme. On a adoré se lover dans les poufs autour de la piscine! vous êtes tout près de tous commerces et restaurants. il est très difficile de quitter cette ambiance cosy a la fin des vacances !

au calme dans la maison balinaise

quel dépaysement: un havre de paix au milieu de la foule balinaise . les chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable idéalement située à proximité de tous commerces pour se restaurer ou se détendre seminiak point de chute parfait pour partir en balade et repos absolu autour de la piscine dans les poufs moelleux Anna est là pour répondre à tous vos souhaits et vous trouver les bons chauffeurs ( demander Aris ) et même négocier pour vous !!!!!!! un petit coin de paradis bien caché......de la foule tumultueuse de l'ile

Villa tres agreable

Que dire de cette villa sinon que nous avons passé un tres agreable séjour dans ce petit paradis . La villa est bien agencée , avec un très beau jardin et une jolie piscine . Les chambres sont spacieuses avec des salles de bain tres pratiques et joliment décorées. Cette villa est idéalement située très proche du quartier animé de Seminyak mais dans une rue calme. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques tout comme Anna , la personne qui s occupe de la maison sur place . Que dire de plus sinon que je recommande vivement cet endroit plein de zenitude. A tres bientôt j espère !!!!

Villa très agréable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. Elle correspondait parfaitement aux photos du site et répondait à tous les critères de confort annoncés. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Seminyak ! Très bons contacts également avec les propriétaires et avec Anna, la personne chargée de l'accueil sur place. Juste une petite remarque : bien se localiser le premier jour pour ne pas se perdre comme nous l'avons fait :-) A recommander sans hésiter !

Lovely little villa, great location

Lovely self contained 2 bed Villa, very good value of money. Nicely designed and equipped, it was clean, tidy, well maintained, and everything works fine. The pool gets a lot of sun, so its a very nice temperature day and night. There's a bit of building work on new properties in the area, but this didn't bother us as all. Its a great location, but you'll need to hire a car or motorbike to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping etc.

Perfect for a small family

Lovely self contained 2 bed Villa, and very good value for money. Nicely designed and equipped, it was clean, tidy, well maintained, and everything works fine. The pool gets a lot of sun, so its a very nice temperature day and night. There's a bit of building work on new properties in the area, but this didn't bother us as all. Its a great location, but its best to hire a car or motorbike to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping - too far to walk in the heat.
