This property was spacious and generously appointed. It is across the road from the beach and easily accessible from the restaurants and lighthouse walk. I have already recommended this property and will stay there again.
If you want something that is walking distance to everything this is your place. Plus air con throughout and 3 bathrooms!!!
The bbq uses charcoal but don’t be put off we cooked up some amazing meals - give it a go!!
This accommodation is very convenient, close to Clarkes Beach, and walking distance to both the town and light house. Especially, if you go to the lighthouse, you should leave the car and enjoy a walk from the accommodation, as parking up there is very limited. .Also the owner is so kind and responsive. I enjoyed staying here and can recommend to anyone.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Although it’s a short walk to town, it was lovely be among the trees, close to the light house walk, you can see the light from the light house and hear the waves from the gorgeous massive balcony.
Recommend and would stay there again
We had a group of 5 friends staying for a weekend and the apartment was just perfect - clean, comfortable and very spacious - exactly as it looked in the photos. The beds and linen were all of high quality and the whole place was incredibly well stocked and there was nothing overlooked.
It is in a great spot to get to the beach but still really quiet with no road noise.
Bridgette was easy to communicate with and offered us flexiblity with check in and out.
We would definitely recommend her place and we will be back!
This property is the best we’ve stayed in - perfect for families. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious.
I’ve even gone out and purchased the towels that they supply.

This third floor spacious and really comfortable unit (no lift so be prepared to carry your bags up a few flights of stairs!) is on the top floor of a stylishly updated block. It's beautifully quiet due to its solid build. Everything from check in to departure went smoothly and we appreciated all the help Brigette gave us before and during our stay. There is really only 1 car park (unless you have a motorbike or a tiny smart car which are all that would fit in the second allocated space), but there is parking outside the block so having a second vehicle wasn't an issue. We were also able to lock our bikes in the garage. We very much appreciated the 3 bathrooms but we wished the bath had been useable for a long soak- sadly it is really only suitable for kids. Lighthouse Road is noisy but not overly intrusive in the bedrooms or with the lounge doors closed. We loved the well provisioned kitchen - utensils, equipment, cleaning products and the basics like oil, paper towels, cling wrap and salt and pepper etc. We also appreciated the several rolls of toilet paper that were provided, the clothesline on the terrace, the abundant space and light, the shutters on all the windows and doors and the air conditioning and heating throughout. These thoughtful touches, along with high end extras like Miele white goods and divinely comfortably beds (the King was just lovely!) made our stay perfect. One of our party had to work from home for 3 days of our week long stay and we found the dining table to be large enough to eat at whilst she was also using it as her desk. The terrace is spacious but it isn't covered (there is an umbrella to use but we didn't open it) so if the weather was inclement, sadly one wouldn't have any outside space to use. The only thing missing is a sea view..the views are expansive and green and we loved watching the sun go down from the terrace but we did head down to the beach more than once to enjoy the sunsets by the ocean. The unit is located close to Clarkes Beach and a walk to the Beach Cafe or Top Shop for coffee or over to Wategos or up to the lighthouse was enjoyed by us all daily.It's a nice stroll into town along the front too although we would probably drive if heading out for dinner. A fabulous and comfortable week!
My sister, her two adult daughters and myself spent three nights here. It was outstanding. The highlights:
1. The property manager (Brigitte) was responsive, helpful and accurate. And pleasant
2. The property is incredibly well provisioned, with high quality products (towels, etc.)
3. The location is perfect between the hiking paths, beaches/lighthouse, and town.
Perhaps the best compliment came from my 18-yr old niece: “I wish I lived here.”
We will definitely be back when I next visit my sister here in Oz.
Everything was perfect for our stay! The flat is amazing, looks even better than in the pictures, very clean, good quality furniture, linen etc, a beautiful view of Byron Bay and very good host. Thanks Bridgette, we’ll be back!!
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is absolutely stunning, it is well furnished and has some beautiful views. It is an ideal location with a short walk to the beach and town. The property manager was very accomodating, and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Byron Bay.
